The purpose of this paper is present development plan for the Third Party Logistics" strategic predominance that as a core factor decides the Electronic Commerce"s competitiveness.
It can be more focused on Electronic Commerce application taking into consideration the characteristics of logistics and circumstance factors of enterprise. Therefore, we should make a opportunity to develope plans for successful application of Third Party Logistics considering the problems involved.
We must pursue rationalization and advancement our logistics industry. TPL enterprises get out of the center of suppliers and should offer the low cost, high-quality logistics service for consignors.
