충북 산업인력의 실태분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 급변하고 있는 노동시장의 변화에 따라 충북 산업인력의 수요와 공급이 어떻게 변화하고 있는지에 대한 실태를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 충북 산업인력의 수급을 원활화하기 위한 방안으로 청장년층의 실업문제를 개선하기 위한 적극적인 일자리 창출 확대를 제안하였으며, 산업인력의 기능불일치와 일자리 불일치를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 노동시장과 교육시장의 연계 강화방안을 제시하였다. 또한 구인·구직의 연계강화를 통한 인력수급의 원활화를 위해서 지역 노동시장에 대한 정보시스템을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 평생교육차원에서 직업교육훈련의 다양화와 연계강화를, 유휴인력의 활용방안으로 여성의 일자리 창출 및 외국인 단순기능인력의 활용, 고령자 인력의 활용방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

After 1997, the international and domestic environment that is dramatically changed is based on the high degree of strength firms and carrying out the Financial restructuring, strong pressure of the opening market through the WTO, the development for the Information technology shifting to the Knowledge-based economics. Following such the changing of the labor market, we are analysis the state of the demand and supply of the industrial human resource that how to change the supply and demand of industrial human resource in Chung-buk province through the present data. That result, we knew that the structural inequality with the excess of the supply labor and the problem of the job-offering is getting deepening, so that skill mismatch and job mismatch situation is also deepening. In order to solve that kind of problems, we suggest the magnification of the job-creation for solving the prime of manhood and youngth unemployment and the reinforcement of the labor' education market for solving dissonance of the job and function of the industrial human resource.
