국문 초록

한대는 효사상을 국가의 통치이념으로 삼아 국가의 교육, 경제, 문화활동을 지배하였다. 따라서 그 어느 시대보다 가정, 학교, 사회교육에서 효교육이 성행하였다. 그럼 왜 한대에 이러한 효교육이 성행했을까? 본 연구는 한대의 효교육이 성행하게 된 배경과 학교교육에서 어떻게 이루어졌는지 살펴보고자 한다. 한대는 관념적인 효가 유학의 정치화 및 경학화를 통해 현실생활과 밀접하게 관련되었다. 당시, 많은 사람들이 경서를 배우고 가르쳤는데, 이러한 경학의 성행은 효사상을 보급시키기에 유리하였다. 크게 관학과 사학으로 구분되는 한대의 학교체제에서 효교육은 매우 중시되었다. 특히 효경(孝經) 은 효교육의 기본교재로 효사상을 널리 보급하는데 기여하였다. 근·현대에 이르러 효가 존재할 수 있는 사회적 토대가 동요되고 효에 대해 회의·비판과 선양을 주장하는 대립되는 상황을 맞이하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구를 토대로 그 시사적 함의가 무엇인지도 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

Han Dynasty made filial piety an ideology of the national policy that influenced the operation of education, economy and culture. Under the influence of this ideology on national policy, filial piety education advanced in families, schools and social education. why did filial piety grow so rapidly during the Han Dynasty? This study is targeted at discussing filial piety in education and the background of the increasing of filial piety in education and how filial piety was taught in school. Ideal filial piety is related at the life of reality through politicalizing the study of chinese classics and the study of chinese classics. At that time, a lot of people taught and studied the confucian classics. The growth of the study confucian classics aided in popularizing thought of filial piety. The structure of a school divided by national school and private school make of filial piety education in the Han Dynasty. At that time, The Classic of Filial Piety( 孝經) was included in the curriculum as elementary materials for filial piety education, this aided in popularizing the idea of filial piety. In modern times, unsettled social foundation exist filial piety and opposed between criticism and enhancement about filial piety. Thus, this study also considers suggestion of filial piety education.
