국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지방자치단제 GIS구축에 있어 기본도로 사용되고 있는 수치지적도와 수치지형도의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하고, 이를 토대로 수치지형도의 활용방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이상과 같은 연구목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 경간시 지적부서의 지적측량결과도를 토대로 1/1,000 수치지형도의 수정 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 지적측량성과로 수정한 자료의 위치정밀도가 1/1,000 수치지형도 평면 허용오차인 0.4m이내 임이 확인되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 지적측량성과로도 수치지형도를 유지ㆍ관리 할 수 있는 것으로 나티났다. 따라서 본 연구는 현실적으로 수정되지 않고 있는 1/1,000 수치지형도의 갱신주기를 연장시킴으로써, 최신성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to investigate and analyze the present condition of the digital topographical map and digital cadastial map using as a basic map in building up GIS by the local government organization and with such background it is aimed at presenting the use method of the digital topographical map. To achieve the purpose of the study above efficiently, a modification plan of 1/1,000 digital topographical map was suggested based on cadastral surveyed data in Gyeongsan City. As a result of the study, the position accuracy in the data modified with the Cadastral. Surveying Result was clarified to be available within 0.4m, a plane tolerance of the 1/1,000 digital topographical map and with such background it was clarified that the digital topographical map can be maintained and controlled by the Cadastral Surveying Result as well. Therefore, it is believed that tho latest update can be secured by extending the update frequency of 1/1,000 digital topographical map which is not modified substantially.
