영문 초록

Web services providing diverse information to the web site's visitors requires objective evaluation system in order to ensure loyal customers with continuous service improvement. To develop quantified evaluation model of information-providing web sites using web log, evaluation indexes about contents of web sites has been selected from a previous study. Excluding evaluation indexes not explained by visitors such as accuracy or consistency to measure property of contents, this study selects 6 evaluation indexes shown by costumers' visiting and quantifies the web site with analyzed values of web logs as measuring elements. The quantified evaluation index is weighted in AHP method to develop a final evaluation model. The developed evaluation model has been applied in a case study of trade portal site-Kit
