영문 초록

The competitive environments of the 2001's appears to demand not only information technology (IT). but also practical use of internet network in all business areas. Accordingly, Trader's CEO are recognizing that these objectives can only be achieved through conscious mind and business mind in digital management. To make a successful organizational innovation. CEO needs to have the conscious mind for change of human resource management. The underlying theories such as Technology Acceptance Model. examined in the process of deriving the research model. Research methodology used in this study was mainly survey and questionnaire. Structural equation model is used in the hypotheses test. the results support all hypotheses involving hypothesis 1 and 6. The major finding of this paper would be summarized as followed: 1) Perceived information innovations of Trade company CEO's is positively related to the activity level and activity range of trade practical 2) Perceived electronic trade acceptance of trade company CEO's is positively related to the activity achievement of electronic trade. CEO Information attitudes of trade information and knowledge have significant influences on the adoption of hypothesis. There is direct successful factors of Electronic Trade firm, it is they got the notion that for trade information. an appropriate manager which is as important as the technical leadership itself. also they employed the people who are very good at skilled management.
