영문 초록

Cultural properties have the characteristics that if once they are injuried, it's very difficult to recover. Therefore, it's most important thing to prevent injuring of cultural properties. We could not pay attention to prevent crimes of cultural properties. But even from now, we need prepare countermeasures of preventing crimes of cultural properties. It could be indicated those thing below for preventing crimes of cultural properties. First, administration of management to the cultural properties must be reasonable and effective. Second, the certainty of exposing crimes of cultural properties must be raised up. Third, professionalization of executive officials and investigators is needed sincerely. Forth, provisions of crimes and penalties of cultural properties should be fit out. Through these countermeasures, we must make perfection more perfect for preventing crimes of cultural properties.
