The purpose of this paper is to discuss about an educational aspects in John Dewey's intelligent growth theory. In paper the concept of growth, first, was clarified and then studied the relationships between a growth and intelligence. Then it is discussed that how the intelligent habits works in the intelligent growth. Continuously the educational process for an intelligent growth is studied to get a suggestion to an educational field. Dewey explains the concept of growth in connection with an intelligent. Namely, the positive meaning of immature, which is a condition of growth, means the condition where the force of intelligence is latent. When understood the concept of growth with intelligent meaning, it is to present the direction of a growth of student. Dewey said that a growth of student is formed by an intelligent habit. A student shows different ability and interest by growth. Therefore an educator must help for student to form an intelligent habit. What kind of educational process could lead the intelligent growth for student? First, the concept of growth in educational process must come to understand with intelligent growth. When the growth was meant to be an intelligent growth, there is a possibility of getting the measuring stick, which will be able to judge how much the quality of experience of student has improved. Subsequently one must see an intelligent growth as the ultimate aims of life and education. Because, Dewey said, the growth at once is the life, a life is growth at once. In order to attain such the aims of education, all educational process must be re-systematized and re-composed all the time. From above discussion about Dewey's intelligent growth the followings are suggested to a current education field. First, the educator must recognize student as the existence who is latent currently the intelligent ability that will be able to grow infinitely. Second, the educator must endeavor to create a concrete and systematic educational environment for student to be able to continue an intelligent growth with an intelligent experience. Third, in order to be able to form a student intelligent habit the educator must compose the education contents that coincide to the development step. Fourth, the educational process association must be established to continuous systematized and recomposed educational process for student's intelligent growth.
