영문 초록

Internet is rapidly growing due to the expansion of its users, the rapid progress of on-line technology, and the continuous computerization of allU information and became the core of the infrastructure of the informational society with the network used between scholars fur exchanging research data on the short-term basis. As it is easy to use and many people of the whole world are using it, it is performing an excellent function in exchanging global information. Using the internet, most of modern people came to be able to freely send an email to anyone at anywhere and anytime and to easily acquire the information they need, by investigating web sites. The information can be played back and saved as soon as it is received. Accordingly, with computers linked to this, an email or a file can be exchanged and it is possible for you to participate in video conferences, to search and integrate information. and to provide a service with it. The challenge of the internet made possible for the principle of a copyright to be applied to an electronic publication at the present. In the view of producing and providing a computer program, computerized data which are treated and recorded by a device to be simply played back in a computer which is electronically manufactured played back in a computer and received by a digital communication system, are causing a more interesting and difficult problem that, contrary to the users' benefit that the information can be easily and randomly copied, the right of its copyright holder can be easily infringed. In this writing, I focused on the characteristics of copyright infringement on line due to the spread of internet, the protection content of the present law and its limit and relief of the infringement and proposed its problems and solutions.
