영문 초록

The merits of using Eleanor Electronic Payments System include convenience, availability of various functions, and presence of straight-through processing. The following are proposed action items to further boost the popularity of the system, thereby making it globally in demand and competitive. First, the operation of a global electronic payments system should be standardized and institutionalized. Second, the business profitability of Identrus should be strengthened. Third, there should be a defined system whereby banks are regularly evaluated. Frequent evaluation of banks' subordinated debt will indicate whether they are reliable or not. Fourth, should disclose to the sellers their past obligations and the manner in which these were repaid. Fifth, investment in technical improvement should be put in place. Sixth, there should be concerted efforts to drum up interest in and awareness of the Eleanor Electronic Payments System in various firms.
