국문 초록

한국의 교육 문제는 지금까지 다양한 형태로 나타났다. 이러한 교육 문제는 교육에 대한 정신적 인식의 경향성인 교육문화와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 교육문화는 교육적 욕망에 대한 사회적 흐름이다. 교육문제는 교육의 사회적 욕망이 파생한 것에 불과하다. 따라서 본고는 우리의 교육적 욕망에 대한 사회적 동인력을 밝히며, 나아가 교육의 사회적 운동의 성격과 흐름을 파악하고자 한다. 전통적 사회와 현대 사회에서 교육문제는 외형상 사회적 표현만 달랐을 뿐, 역사적으로 교육적 신분 출세주의 욕망과 밀접한 관련을 가지고 전개되었다. 단지 시대적으로 신분적 구별짓기의 표현 기제가 달랐을 뿐이다. 현대사회에서 교육은 제도화된 가면을 쓴 학력으로 대치되었다. 교육적 욕망은 학력 욕망으로 변했다. 그러므로 교육적 욕망의 근원에는 신분 기호를 획득하려는 사회적 욕망이 작용하고 있다. 교육문화 운동의 성격은 결국 사회적 신분 욕망의 결과이다. 교육적 욕망은 사회적 지위를 합법적으로 점유하려는 신분 욕망인 것이다. 따라서 교육적 욕망이 사회적 욕망이고, 사회적 욕망이 교육적 욕망인 것이다.

영문 초록

The educational problems in Korea have been shown in various forms. This educational problems have been closely connected with the educational culture which is the tendency of mental recognition. The educational culture is the flow for the educational desire. The educational problems are only derived from the social desire of education. The purpose of this research is to make clear the social cause of our educational desire and to understand the peculiar character and flow of social movement of education. The educational problems in traditional and modern society have been different with only social representation and historically evolved in close relation with social status success in life stood on the basis of education. In conclusion, they have only difference in the showing ways of making their own status distinct in each period. The education in modern society has been replaced by the school career wearing a institutionalized mask. The educational desire has been into changed the school career desire. So, the social desire to obtain status signs is rooted in the educational desire. Finally the character of educational cultural movement results from the social status desire. The educational desire is the status desire, which is desire to possess the social position legitimately. Accordingly, the educational desire is the social desire and social desire the educational desire.
