예비유아교사의 치유산업에 대한 인식 및 운영 요구: 치유프로그램 참여 경험 및 인식에 따른 차이 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 치유산업에 대한 인식과 요구를 분석하여 유아교육 현장에서 치유산업이 효과적으로 활용될 가능성을 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 편의표본추출 방법을 사용하여 G광역시에 소재한 4년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 대학생 365명을 대상으로 연구와 관련된 설문지에 응답한 결과를 t-test와 ANOVA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사들은 치유산업의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었으나, 치유프로그램 참여 경험은 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 치유산업을 주로 미시적인 개념으로 이해하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 치유산업 운영에 대한 요구로는 10개의 항목 중에서 누리과정과 연계된 프로그램 개발, 전문 치유지도사 확보, 정부 및 지자체의 정책적 지원과 예산확보, 치유공간 마련 등이 우선순위로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 치유산업 운영 요구의 차이는 치유산업에 대한 개념 및 필요성에 대한 인식에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 맞춤형 치유산업 교육과정을 설계 및 교육 체계를 마련하고, 유아교육 현장에서 치유산업 활용 가능성을 높힐 수 있는 치유산업 방안을 모색하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study explored the perceptions and demands of pre-service early childhood teachers regarding the healing industry to examine its potential for effective adoption in early childhood education. To this end, 365 university students enrolled in a four-year early childhood education program in G Metropolitan City participated in the survey through convenience sampling, and the data were analyzed using t-tests and ANOVA. The results revealed several findings. First, while pre-service early childhood teachers exhibited a high awareness of the necessity of the healing industry, they had limited experience with healing programs. Moreover, their understanding of the healing industry was mostly confined to a micro-level concept. Second, the primary demands for operating the healing industry included developing programs linked to the Nuri Curriculum, securing professional healing instructors, obtaining policy and budget support from the central and local governments, and establishing healing spaces. Third, the study identified significant differences in the demands for the healing industry’s operation based on the teachers’ perceptions of its concepts and necessity. The study results will serve as foundational data for designing and establishing tailored healing industry curricula for pre-service early childhood teachers as well as for exploring strategies to enhance the utilization of the healing industry in early childhood education settings.
