국문 초록

이 글에서는 박물관 전시 또는 교육에서 나타나는 다양한 기억의 모습, 감정의 요소, 치유의 가능성을 고찰하였다. 첫째, 박물관은 관람자의 이전 경험 혹은 사회적 경험을 기억하게 한다. 전시와 교육에 참여함으로 나타나는 이 기억은 추억, 활동, 사람 등이며, 이러한 기억은 대화와 질문을 통해서 강하게 떠오르게 된다. 유물과 연결된 사람의 기억은 박물관에서 제공하는 이야기를 기억하게 하며, 박물관에서 제공하지 않은 개인적인 이야기도 관람자에게 떠오르게 한다. 대화와 질문은 박물관에서 유물과 작품을 대할 때 활용되며, 관람객 또는 교육참여자가 이에 참여하면서 생각을 표현하고 지적, 정서적 변화에 이르게 한다. 둘째, 박물관 전시와 교육에서 감정의 활용은 관람객과 교육참여자가 이해에 이르는 효과적인 방법이다. 이 감정에는 공포, 슬픔(슬픔의 극복) 등 다양한 요인들이 있다. 공포나 슬픔의 감정은 박물관에서 의도하지 않은 경우에도 나타날 수 있다. 이는 개인적인 경험과 기억에 연결되기에 만약 전시를 보면서 이러한 공포, 슬픔 등의 감정이 생겨나며, 관람자는 공포와 슬픔의 기억을 극복할 필요도 있다. 셋째, 박물관 전시와 교육은 최근 치유의 관점에서 이해되기도 한다. 치유는 관람객 또는 교육 참여자가 전시를 보거나 교육에 참여하면서 자신에 대해 생각하며 발생한다. 자신의 상황을 유물이나 작품을 통해 느끼고, 이해하고 새로운 다짐을 하면서 치유로 향한다. 감정이 기억으로 향하고, 기억이 치유로 나아가기 위해 박물관 전문가들은 노력하고 있다.

영문 초록

In this article, the appearance of various memories, elements of emotions, and the possibility of healing in museum exhibitions or education were considered. First, museums allow visitors to remember their previous or social experiences. These memories, which appear as participation in exhibitions and education, are memories, activities, people, etc., and these memoriesare strongly reminded through conversations connected to the relics reminds visitors of the stories provided by the museum, and also allows them to think of personal stories that are not provided by the museum. Conversations and questions are used when dealing with relics and works in the museum, and visitors or educational participants participate in this to express their thoughts and lead to intellectual and emotional changes. Second, the use of emotions in museum exhibitions and education is an effective way for visitors and educational participants to understand. There are various factors in this emotion, such as fear and sadness (overcoming sadness). Feelings of fear or sadness can appear even when unintended in the museum. This is connected to personal experiences and memories, so if these feelings of fear and sadness arise while watching the exhibition, the viewers need to overcome the memories of fear and sadness. Third, museum exhibitions and education are also understood from the perspective of recent healing. Healing occurs when visitors or participants in education think about themselves as they see their own exhibitions or participate in education. He/she feels his/her situation through relics or works, understands it again, and heads toward healing while making new resolutions. Museum experts are working hard to make emotions lead to memories and memories lead to healing.
