국문 초록

이 연구는 기업체 고용주들의 장애인 고용인식과 장애인근로자에 대한 만족도의 관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구들을 검토하였으며, 2023년 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 조사자료를 가지고 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로는 첫째, 장애인이 산업체가 요구하는 직업재활훈련과 작업능력 향상 프로그램을 개발하고 실행할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 장애인 고용 시에 추가되는 비용을 줄여 줄 수 있도록 적극적인 지원제도의 마련이 요구된다. 셋째, 직장동료와 타인의 장애인에 대한 인식개선 프로그램을 현실성 있게 개발하여 실행할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 장애인 고용이 기업의 사회적 책임을 다할 수 있는 방안 중에 하나라는 것을 인식시킬 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employers' perception of employment for the disabled and their satisfaction with workers with disabilities. For this purpose, previous studies were reviewed, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted with the survey data of the Korea Employment Development Institute for the Disabled in 2023. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary for the disabled to develop and implement vocational rehabilitation training and work capacity improvement programs required by the industry Second, it is necessary to establish an active support system to reduce the additional cost of hiring disabled people.Third, it is necessary to develop and implement a program to improve the awareness of co-workers and others about the disabled Fourth, it is necessary to recognize that employment of the disabled is one of the ways to fulfill corporate social responsibilities.
