국문 초록
The purpose of this study is to develop a parent education program to reduce parenting stress and children's attachment trauma symptoms by improving parents' understanding of attachment trauma. Kim Chang-dae et al.'s (2022) model was modified and supplemented to fit this study into three stages: planning, design, and preliminary study. In the planning stage, the purpose of the program was set, literature research was conducted, and a survey of parents' needs was conducted for the development of an ARC-based parent education program. In the design stage, sub-goals were set based on the purpose of the program, and an intervention model was developed accordingly to systematize and specify the principles and components of the program. In the preliminary study stage, content for each session was selected, and a preliminary program was constructed based on this. The effect was verified through the first experts' validity verification and preliminary program implementation, and improvement points were derived. After that, the final program was developed through revision and supplementation through the second experts' validity verification. This study is significant in that it can be provided for the purpose of treatment and educational intervention for parents with attachment trauma, targeting individual parents and groups, in a situation where specialized programs for parent education on attachment trauma are currently lacking in Korea.
