국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 기술교사들이 기술교과 수업의 설계자로서 자신의 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량을 알아볼 수 있는 유효하고 객관적인 진단 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 기술교사가 갖춰야 할 기술적 문제해결 수업 설계역량 모형을 추출하고, 전문가 검토를 거쳐 타당성을 확보했다. 타당성이 확보된 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량 모형을 기반으로 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량 진단도구의 문항과 요인을 구성하여 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량 진단도구를 완성하였다. 연구 결과 문헌고찰과 전문가 자문, 요인분석을 통해 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량은 ‘학습자원활용 역량’, ‘수업개선 역량’, ‘교육과정 재구성 역량’, ‘수업자료 개발 역량’, ‘개별화 역량’으로 구성되며, 이 요소들은 서로 연관되어 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또, 기술교사가 스스로 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량의 크기와 유형을 개발할 수 있는 자기보고형 진단도구를 개발하였다. 총 44개의 문항으로 구성된 진단도구에 Likert 5점 척도에 따라 스스로 자신이 인식하는 역량에 대해 응답함으로써 자신의 기술적 문제해결수업 설계역량의 크기와 유형을 알아볼 수 있다. 이 진단도구가 기술교사들이 기술적 문제해결 수업역량을 스스로 진단하고 성찰하기 위한 객관적인 도구로 사용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

teachers to assess their own technological problem-solving class design competencies as designers of technology subject classes. To achieve this goal, a model of technological problem-solving class design competencies that technology teachers should possess was derived through a literature review and its validity was secured through expert review. Based on the validated model of technological problem-solving class design competencies, the factors and items of the diagnostic tool were constructed, and the diagnostic tool for technological problem-solving class design competencies was completed. The study results revealed that the technological problem-solving class design competencies, derived through literature review, expert consultation, and factor analysis, consist of ‘learner resource utilization competency’, ‘class improvement competency’, ‘curriculum reorganization competency’, ‘class material development competency’, and ‘individualization competency’, and these elements are interrelated. Additionally, a self-report diagnostic tool was developed that allows technology teachers to assess the magnitude and type of their technological problem-solving class design competencies. The diagnostic tool, consisting of a total of 44 items, enables teachers to respond based on a 5-point Likert scale to assess their perceived competencies, thereby understanding the magnitude and type of their technological problem-solving class design competencies. It is hoped that this diagnostic tool will serve as an objective tool for technology teachers to self-assess and reflect on their technological problem-solving class design competencies.
