국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 목회자 후보생이 지각한 진로장벽과 진로적응성의 사이에서 진로결정자기효능감이 나타내는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 각 신학대학원 및 교회들의 협조를 받아, 현재 사역중인 목회자 후보생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 도구로는 진로탐색장애 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도, 진로적응성 척도를 사용하였다. 최종적으로 수집된 목회자 후보생 151명의 자료를 활용하여, Baron과 Kenny가 제안한 3단계 절차에 따라 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로장벽의 모든 하위요인은 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성 모두에 부적 상관을 나타내었으며, 진로결정자기효능감의 모든 하위요인은 진로적응성과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인들 중 목표선택, 자기평가, 미래계획은 진로 장벽과 진로적응성에 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로장벽과 진로적응성 사이에서 완전매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 목회자 후보생의 진로적응에 대한 기독교상담학적 함의에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to examine the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy between perceived career-barriers and career-adaptability of candidates for ministry. The online survey was conducted for ministerial candidates. As survey tools, the scale for career-barriers, the career decision self-efficacy scale, and the career-adaptability scale were used. By using the collected data of 151 candidates, the mediating effect was verified according to the 3-step procedure. The results are as follows. First, career-barriers showed negative correlations with both career decision self-efficacy and career-adaptability, and career decision self-efficacy showed positive correlations with career-adaptability. Second, among the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy, goal selection, self-evaluation, and future planning showed high correlations with career-barriers and career-adaptability. Third, career decision self-efficacy showed a complete mediating effect between the other two variables. Based on these results, the implications of Christian counseling on the career adjustment of ministerial candidates was discussed.
