국문 초록

본 연구는 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의와 심리적 소진 관계에서 마음챙김이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 놀이치료자의 마음챙김의 중요성을 제안하고, 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진 예방과 완화에 다각적인 전략을 수립하는데 중요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 놀이치료자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 마음챙김 척도, 평가염려 완벽주의 척도, 심리적 소진 척도를 검사 도구로 사용하였다. 최종적으로 208부의 자료가 자료 분석에 사용되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0의 PROCESSE macro Model 4를 활용하여 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인 간에는 모두 유의미한 상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의와 심리적 소진 관계에서 마음챙김은 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 평가염려 완벽주의가 높은 사람 일수록 마음챙김이 낮고 심리적 소진을 경험한다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between play therapists' evaluative concerns, perfectionism, and psychological exhaustion. For an online survey was conducted targeting play therapists, and the mindfulness scale, evaluation concern perfectionism scale, and psychological exhaustion scale were used as testing. In the end, 208 copies of the data were used for data analysis, and the collected data were subjected to mediation effect analysis using PROCESSE macro Model 4 in SPSS 29.0. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there were significant correlations among the main variables; second, mindfulness partially mediated the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and psychological burnout among play therapists, meaning that individuals with high evaluative concerns perfectionism had low mindfulness and experienced psychological burnout. Based on these findings, the significance and limitations of the study were presented.
