모레노의 사이코드라마를 통한 성인 여성의 유기불안 치료 사례

국문 초록

이 논문은 성인 여성의 유기불안에 대한 모레노의 사이코드라마의 치료 효과를 보여주는 데에 목적이 있다. 유기불안은 대상의 사랑을 상실하거나 버려질 것 같은 두려움으로 인한 불안으로서 초기 대상관계로부터 발생하며 병리적인 관계 패턴으로 이어지기도 한다. 모레노의 사이코드라마는 ‘개인 간 관계의 정신병리학’을 토대로 관계의 병리를 직접 다룬다는 점에서 관계와 밀접한 유기불안의 치료에 적용할 가치가 충분하다. 연구 대상은 이십 대 초반의 여성 취업준비생 G로, 친구 관계, 연인 관계, 가족관계에서 끌려다니고 배신당하고 냉대받은 경험으로 힘들어했고 이들 모두에게 버려질까 봐 두려워하고 있었다. 연구 방법은 모레노의 사이코드라마 치료 방법을 사용했고 총 9회기의 치료 세션을 진행했으며, 측정도구로는 유기불안과 높은 상관성을 보인 것으로 밝혀진 K IIP 한국형 대인관계 검사를 사용했다. 분석 방법은 K IIP 한국형 대인관계 검사의 사전 사후 결과를 비교하는 방법을 사용했고, 그 결과 G는 사후검사에서 대인관계의 모든 척도가 안정적으로 평균화되었다. 또한 치료 과정에서 G는 자신이 버려질까 봐 불안해한다는 것을 깨달았고 상대방의 입장을 헤아리고 자신을 객관화하기 시작했으며 상대방이 멀어질까 봐 숨겼던 마음을 진실하게 표현하는 법을 배웠다며 한층 성장한 모습을 보였다. 결론적으로 성인 여성G의 유기불안에 대한 모레노의 사이코드라마 치료는 긍정적인 효과를 보였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to show the therapeutic effect of Moreno's psychodrama on abandonment anxiety in an adult woman. Abandonment anxiety is anxiety caused by fear of losing the object's love or being abandoned, arises from the initial object relation and leads to a pathological relation pattern. Moreno's psychodrama is worth applying to the treatment of abandonment anxiety in that it directly deals with the pathology of relationships based on the 'psychopathology of inter personal relations'. The subject of the research was G, an woman job seeker in her early twenties, who struggled with being dragged, betrayed, and treated coldly in friends, lovers, and family relations, and was afraid of being abandoned by all of them. The research method is used Moreno's psychodrama treatment, 9 sessions are conducted, and the K IIP Korean interpersonal test, which was found to be highly correlated with abandonment anxiety, was used as a measurement tool. The analysis method is comparing the pre and post results of the K IIP Korean interpersonal test, and as a result, G was stably averaged across all measures of interpersonal relation in the post test. In addition, during the treatment process, G realized that she was anxious that she would be abandoned, began to count the other person's position and objectify herself, and showed a further growth, saying that she learned to express her hidden mind truthfully for fear of moving away from the other person. In conclusion, Moreno's psychodrama treatment for abandonment anxiety in an adult woman G showed a positive effect.
