국문 초록

본 연구는 카지노 보안요원의 보안성과를 높이기 위한 방도를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있으며 이를 위해 문헌 등의 고찰을 통해 긍정심리자본을 독립변수, 직무열의를 매개변수, 보안성과를 종속변수로 설정한 후 변수 간의 인과관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구를 위해 2024년 1월 5일부터 1월 23일까지 부산과 서울에 소재한 외국인 전용 카지노에서 서베일런스와 안전관리를 담당하는 보안요원에게 설문지를 배부하였고, 총 243부의 자료를 수거하였다. 변수 간의 인과관계를 규명하기 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 수거한 자료 중 불성실하게 답변한 15부의 설문지를 제외한 228부의 자료를 최종적으로 통계분석 하였다. 본 연구의 통계분석 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 직무열의에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무열의는 보안성과에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본은 보안성과에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 직무열의를 통해 보안성과에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳐 부분매개하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 보안성과 제고를 위해 무엇보다 긍정심리자본과 직무열의를 높여야 한다는 점을 시사한다. 그러므로 긍정심리자본과 직무열의를 제고하기 위해 카지노 업장은 보안요원을 대상으로 심리상담 프로그램을 운영하고, 보안직무 연수회를 개최해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다. 더불어 부당한 소송을 제기당한 보안요원에게 변호인 등을 지원할 수 있는 책임보험계약을 체결해야 하며 입사 후 취득한 직무관련 자격증(신변보호사 등)을 인사고과에 반영해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present a way to help increase the security performance of casino security guards. Towards this end, the positive psychological capital was set as an independent variable, job engagement as a parameter, and security performance as a dependent variable based on the consideration of literature, etc., thereby articulating the causal relationship between the variables. For this study, from May 15, 2023 through June 9, 2023, questionnaires were distributed to the security guards in charge of surveillance and safety management at the foreigners-only casinos located in Busan and Seoul, and a total of 243 copies of data were collected. The statistical programs of SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to articulate the causal relationship between the variables, and 228 copies of the collected data were finally statistically analyzed, excluding the 15 questionnaires that were answered inadequately. The statistical analytical results of this study turned out to be as follows. First, the positive psychological capital had a positive significant effect on the job engagement. Second, the job engagement had a positive significant effect on the security performance. Third, the positive psychological capital had a positive significant effect on the security performance. Fourth, the positive psychological capital had a positive significant effect on the security performance based on the job engagement, and partially mediated it. Such analytical results imply that the positive psychological capital and job engagement should be increased above all in order to improve the security performance. Hence, to help enhance the positive psychological capital and job engagement, it was suggested that the casinos should operate psychological counseling programs for the security guards and hold security job training sessions. Furthermore, it was suggested that a liability insurance contract should be executed to help support the security guards who file an unfair lawsuit, and that the job-related qualifications acquired after joining the company (personal protection officer, etc.) should be reflected in the personnel evaluation.
