통합예술교육을 통한 크리에이티브 에이징 효과 모델 연구 : 『세대공감 프로젝트 라떼 할미』 교육 프로그램을 중심으로

국문 초록

노년기를 창조적으로 성장하는 연속적 단계로 보고, 이를 통해 신체적, 정신적으로 건강한 삶을 영위할 수 있다는 크리에이티브 에이징(creative aging) 관점이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 예술과 예술, 예술과 비예술과의 통합적 접근을 통해 창의적 해결 방식을 찾아가는 통합예술교육이 노인의 크리에이티브 에이징에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 분석하고, 통합예술교육을 통한 크리에이티브 에이징 효과 모델을 도출하고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2019년부터 2022년까지 전라남도 나주시에서 65-85세를 대상으로 진행한 통합예술교육 프로그램『세대공감 프로젝트 라떼 할미』를 분석하고, 교육 참여자 9명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 참여자들은‘교류와 협동을 통한 긍정적 상호작용’,‘과정 중심 학습을 통한 개인적 성장’,‘탐구 중심 학습을 통한 자기수용’,‘자발적 참여를 통한 목적의식 고취’,‘다양한 자원·장르 융합을 통한 환경적 적합성 향상’을 경험하며 일상 속 즐거움과 몰입 과정을 통해 크리에이티브 에이징을 영위하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 결과를 바탕으로 투입, 과정, 산출, 결과 단계의 효과 모델이 도출되었으며 이를 통해 노인의 창조적 삶을 위한 통합예술교육 활용에 있어 요구되는 정책적 과제를 제시한다.

영문 초록

The creative aging perspective, which views old age as a continuous stage of creative growth and enables people to lead physically and mentally healthy lives, is gaining attention. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how integrated arts education, which seeks creative solutions through an integrated approach between arts and arts and arts and non-arts, affects the creative aging of the elderly, and derives a model of creative aging through integrated art education. To achieve these purposes, this study analyzed the integrated arts education program [Generation Empathy Project Latte Granma] which was conducted for 65-85 years olds in Naju, Jeollanam-do from 2019 to 2022, and conducted in-depth interviews with nine participants. The results of this study showed that the participants experienced ‘positive interaction through exchange and collaboration’, ‘personal growth through process-oriented learning’, ’self-acceptance through inquiry-oriented learning ‘, ‘enhanced sense of purpose through voluntary participation’, and ‘improved environmental fit through convergence of various resources and genre’ and engaged in creative aging through a process of enjoyment and immersion in everyday life. Based on the results, an effect model of the input, process, output, and outcome stages was derived.
