국문 초록

본 연구는 노인의 미술치료 경험에 관한 연구물의 질적 메타분석을 통하여 도출된 결과를 토대로 노년 인구의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 치료프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 노인의 미술치료 경험을 연구한 질적 연구물들을 대상으로 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 질적 메타분석은 최종 선정된 연구물들을 종합적으로 성찰함으로써 해당 주제와 관련하여 확장된 결론의 도출을 기대할 수 있다. 질적 메타분석을 위하여 노인의 미술치료 경험을 주제로 한 질적 연구물 중 포함과 배제의 기준을 적용하여 최종 선정된 7편에 대한 연구물의 해체와 분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과 4개의 상위 주제와 8개의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 노인의 미술치료 경험은 궁극적으로 노인의 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과가 노년기의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 미술치료 프로그램의 발전적인 연구 방향 모색을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of treatment programs to improve the quality of life of the elderly population based on the results derived through qualitative meta analysis of studies on the art therapy experience of the elderly. To this end, a qualitative meta analysis was conducted on qualitative studies that studied the art therapy experience of the elderly. Qualitative meta analysis can be expected to draw extended conclusions related to the subject by comprehensively reflecting on the final selected studies. For qualitative meta analysis, the dismantling and analysis of the final 7 selected studies were conducted by applying the criteria of inclusion and exclusion among qualitative studies on the subject of the art therapy experience of the elderly. As a result of the analysis, 4 upper topics and 8 lower topics were derived. Based on these analysis results, it was confirmed that the art therapy experience of the elderly ultimately has a positive effect on the quality of life of the elderly. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for seeking the developmental research direction of art therapy programs to improve the quality of life in elderly.
