전입신병이 경험한 명화감상 집단미술치료에 관한 혼합연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전입신병의 공동체의식과 군생활적응을 돕기 위한 심리 서비스 모형인 명화감상 집단미술치료 프로그램의 기초를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 자대배치 받은 지 2주 이내 전입신병 8명을 대상으로 2023년 6월 21일부터 8월 30일까지 주 1회, 120분 총 10회기에 걸쳐 명화감상 집단미술치료를 실시했다. 연구방법은 혼합연구로, 전입신병의 공동체의식 함양의 효과성을 살펴보기 위해 공동체의식 척도를 사용했다. 또한 프로그램이 진행되는 과정에서 실제 이들의 변화과정과 경험의 의미를 질적으로 파악하기 위해 연구참여자의 소감문, 집단인터뷰, 연구참여자를 관찰한 소대 내 선임병ㆍ또래상담병의 인터뷰를 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 명화감상 집단미술치료는 전입신병의 공동체의식에 긍정적인 효과가 있다. 둘째, 명화감상 집단미술치료를 통해 전입신병은 미술을 매개로 자유롭게 자신을 표현하고 이를 동기들과 나누면서 군생활적응에 힘을 얻었다. 셋째, 명화감상 집단미술치료 경험의 의미로 의사소통능력 향상ㆍ명랑한 분위기 형성ㆍ능동적인 복무 태도ㆍ대인관계능력 향상 등 4가지 핵심의미를 도출했다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의과 한계점을 논의했다.

영문 초록

This study aims to provide the basis of Art-viewing group therapy program, a psychological support model for new enlisted soldiers developing the sense of community and adapting to military service. We conducted Art-viewing group therapy program on 8 new enlisted soldiers weekly for 10 weeks and analyze the process of program. Mixed methodology was applied, and community spirit scale was adopted to measure the effectiveness of developing sense of community. To identify the actual process and meaning of experiences during this program, we approached qualitative analyze on broad observation, including research participants' reviews, group interviews, and interviews with senior soldiers and peer counseling soldiers in the platoon. The research results are as follows. First, Art-viewing group therapy program has a positive effect on the sense of community of new enlisted soldiers. Second, soldiers adjusted well to military service, by expressing themselves freely through art and sharing this with their military mates. Third, the four core meanings were derived from the experience Art-viewing group therapy, including improving communication skills, creating a cheerful atmosphere, improving interpersonal competency and active military service attitude.
