현역 군인의 외상후 스트레스장애에 대한 심리사회적 개입의 효과성에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 현역 군인들의 외상후 스트레스장애에 대한 심리사회적 개입의 효과성을 다룬 문헌들을 대상으로 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석을 실시하여 그 효과성을 종합적으로 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 PICOTS-SD 기준을 활용하여 총 12편의 논문을 선정하였으며, Comprehensive Meta Analysis(CMA) 소프트웨어를 활용하여 메타분석을 실시하였는데, 그 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현역군인들의 외상후 스트레스장애에 대한 심리사회적 개입 프로그램은 높은 수준의 효과크기(g = 0.758; 95% CI = 0.48-1.04)로 확인되었다. 둘째, 심리사회적 개입 프로그램의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 중재변인을 분석한 결과, 프로그램 유형, 개입 형태, 개입 제공자, 총 회기 수, 한 회기당 소요시간, 참여자 수에 따른 효과의 유의미한 차이를 확인하였다. 셋째, 결과지표에 따른 효과크기 분석결과, 현역 군인을 대상으로 한 심리사회적 개입 프로그램은 외상후 스트레스장애 증상과 우울 증상을 감소시키는데 높은 수준의 효과크기를 보였고, 이는 통계적으로도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 군인들의 외상후스트레스 장애에 대한 심리사회적 개입의 효과성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to comprehensively analyze the effects of psychosocial interventions for posttraumatic stress disorder among soldiers in the military service by conducting a systematic literature review and meta analysis. To do this, this study selected 12 peer-reviewed journal articles by using PICOTS-SD and meta analysis was conducted through Comprehensive Meta Analysis (CMA) software. The main results are as follows. First, the effect size of psychosocial intervention programs for posttraumatic stress disorder among soldiers in the military service was .758 (CI=0.48-1.04), which was a high level. Second, the mediating factors associated with the effects of psychosocial interventions for posttraumatic stress disorder were program type, intervention modality, intervention provider, total number of sessions, time spent per session, and number of participants. Third, the psychosocial intervention program had a high level of effect size in reducing symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder and depression, which was statistically signifiant. Based on these results, this study discussed the implications for increasing effects of psychosocial interventions for posttraumatic stress disorder among soldiers in the military service.
