국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 교사교육자의 금융투자 교육경험의 실체와 의미를 내부자의 관점에서 서술함으로써 교사교육을 중심으로 한 금융투자교육의 실천적 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 자서전과 문화기술지를 결합한 자문화기술지(autoethnography)를 통하여 한 교사교육자의 개인적이고 실제적인 금융투자 교육경험과 목소리를 학술적으로 재현하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 교사교육자로서 나는 금융투자교육을 시도하는 과정에서 예비교사와 학교교사들에게 금융시장의 변동을 깊게 이해하며 대응하는 금융이해력을 몸소 실천하였다. 또한, 냉혹하고 변덕스러운 금융시장을 담대하게 직시하면서도 소중한 교육적 일상을 지켜내는 모습을 보여주려고 노력하였다. 둘째, 나는 나만의 투자원칙을 바탕으로 금융투자 결정에 스스로 책임을 지는 모습을 보여주었고, 투자의 과정에서 생각과 인내의 중요성을 강조하였다. 또한, 교사교육자로서 나는 금융투자 결정을 이끌기보다는 안내하였고, 긍정적이고 낙관적인 투자 마인드를 유지함으로써 즐겁고 행복한 금융투자를 실천하는 모습을 보여주었다. 결국, 금융투자교육이란 교사교육자로서 금융투자 교육의 의미와 본질을 이해하면서 교사 기반 금융교육의 실현가능성을 높이는 일이었다. 논의 및 결론: 이 연구의 결과는 한 교사교육자의 실제적인 금융투자 교육경험에서 비롯된 교육적 통찰과 성찰을 조명함으로써 금융투자교육의 의미와 방향을 제시하고, 금융투자교육 관련 교사교육을 전개하기 위한 실천적 자료로써 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The aim of this paper is to explore the practical possibilities of financial investment education centered on teacher education by describing the reality and meaning of a teacher educator's financial investment education experiences from an insider's perspective. Method: This study scholarly represented a teacher educator's personal and actual financial investment education experience and voice through autoethnography. Results: Firstly, I practiced financial literacy to deeply understand and respond to changes in the financial market to school teachers in the process of attempting to provide financial investment education. In addition, I tried to show how I can boldly face the harsh and volatile financial market while protecting my precious educational daily lives. Secondly, I showed myself taking responsibility for my financial investment decisions based on my own investment principles, and emphasized the importance of thought and patience in the investment process. Additionally, I guided rather than led financial investment decisions, and maintained a positive and optimistic investment mindset, demonstrating the practice of enjoyable and happy financial investment. In the end, financial investment education was about improving the feasibility of teacher-based financial education while understanding the meaning and essence of financial investment education as a teacher educator. Conclusion: The results of this study will present the meaning and direction of financial investment education by illuminating the educational insights and reflections derived from a teacher educator's actual financial investment education experience, and will contribute as practical data for developing teacher education related to financial investment education.
