비자살적 자해를 겪는 우울증 청소년의 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 비자살적 자해를 겪는 우울증 청소년이 미술치료를 통해 무엇을 경험하고 그 경험의 의미는 무엇인지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 우울증을 진단받은 청소년을 대상으로 2019년 8월부터 2020년 2월까지 미술치료를 35회기 진행하였고, 질적 사례연구 방법으로 수집된 자료를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 대상자는 초기에 외부 자극을 왜곡적으로 해석하여 복잡한 감정을 비자살적 자해로 해소하였으나 사전사후로 실시한 그림 검사(K-HTP, KFD, PITR, PPAT)와 척도 검사(아동 우울 척도, 한국형 소아 상태 불안 척도)결과 심리적으로 긍정적인 변화가 보여진 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 미술치료가 비자살적 자해를 겪고 있는 우울증 청소년에게 긍정적인 변화를 미친 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 우울과 자해를 동반하는 심각한 심리 문제에 직면한 청소년들이 건강한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 하는 유의미한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한 것이다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this research was to examine what adolescents with depression who were undergoing the non-suicidal self-injury experienced through art therapy and what the meaning of the experience was. For adolescents with depression, the reserarcher conducted 35 therpay sessions from August 2019 to February 2020, compared, and analyzed the collected data by a qualitative case method. As the result of this research, the participants perceived the external stimulation in a different way at the beginning and tried to relieve their complicated feeling by the non-suicidal self-injury. As the result of pre and post picture examination (K-HTP, KFD, PITR, PPAT) and the scale examination (children depression, Korean childhood anxiety scale), it was known that the art therapy showed a psychologically positive change. This research attempted to provide the significant basic materials so that adolescents who faced the serious psychological problems in company with depression and self-injury could live a healthy life. Based on this research result, the researcher discussed the meaning and limitation of this research.
