다문화가정 아동의 자기효능감과 또래관계에 대한 대상관계 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대상관계 미술치료가 다문화가정 아동의 자기효능감과 또래관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 A시에 거주하는 10세, 다문화가정 아동으로 2020년 9월 5일부터 2020년 11월 4일까지 주 2회 50분씩 20회기에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 사전검사는 프로그램을 시작하기 전 2020년 9월 2일에 실시하였으며, 사후검사는 프로그램 종료 후 2020년 11월 11일에 실시하였다. 연구대상의 자기효능감 변화는 자기효능감 척도와 동적 집-나무-사람 그림(KHTP)검사를 실시하여 결과를 비교 분석하였고, 또래관계 변화는 또래관계 척도와 동적 학교생활화(KSD)검사를 실시하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 매회기 진행에 대해 회기별 관찰지를 이용하여 대상자의 자기효능감과 또래관계의 변화과정을 살펴보기 위해서 질적 분석하였다. 첫째, 대상관계 미술치료가 다문화가정 아동의 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상관계 미술치료가 다문화가정 아동의 또래관계에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대상관계 미술치료가 다문화가정 아동의 자기효능감과 또래관계에 미치는 영향을 회기와 단계별로 살펴본 결과 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 이를 종합하면, 대상관계 미술치료를 통하여 대상자는 자기효능감이 증진되고 또래관계가 원활해졌다. K-HTP 그림검사에서 Maslow의 발달적 모델 3단계에서 4단계로 성장하는 변화가 나타났고, KSD 그림검사에서는 친구와 함께 활동하는 변화가 나타났다. 이로 인해 잘 할 수 있다는 믿음으로 새로운 과제에 도전하고 성취하여 자신감을 가졌으며, 또래관계가 증진되는 긍정적 변화를 보였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 대상관계 미술치료가 다문화가정 아동의 자기효능감과 또래관계에 미치는 긍정적 영향에 대한 근거를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of object-related art therapy on the self-efficacy and peer relationships of children from multicultural families. The study was conducted from September 5, 2020, to November 4, 2020, encompassing 20 sessions of 50 minutes each, held twice a week. A pre-test was administered on September 2, 2020, before the program commenced, and a post-test was conducted on November 11, 2020, after program completion. The changes in self-efficacy of the subject were assessed using the self-efficacy scale and KHTP, while changes in peer relationships were examined using the peer relationships scale and KSD. Additionally, a qualitative analysis was conducted for each session, examining the subject's self-efficacy and the process of change in peer relationships through observation sheets. The results of this study are as follows. First, object relations art therapy had a positive effect on the self-efficacy of the child from the multicultural family. Second, object relations art therapy had a positive effect on the peer relationships of the child from the multicultural family. Third, positive effects of object relations art therapy on self-efficacy and peer relationships of the child from the multicultural family were examined by session and step. In conclusion, the subject's self-efficacy was improved, and their peer relationships were smoothed through object-related art therapy. In the KHTP picture test, the subject showed a change in growth from the third stage to the fourth stage of Maslow's developmental model, and in the KSD picture test, the change of the subject from being alone to being with peers appeared. In conclusion, they gained confidence by challenging themself with new tasks with the belief that they can do well and showed positive changes in their peer relationships.
