키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 작업치료 분야 연구동향 분석: 대한작업치료학회지 키워드를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 대한작업치료학회지에 게재된 연구의 키워드를 분석대상으로 그 관계를 분석하여 작업치 료 분야의 연구동향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 분석 대상은 대한작업치료학회지 1993년 창간호부터 2019년까지 게재된 총 721편의 논문이 며, 논문의 키워드를 분석 단위로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였고, 네트워크 분포의 지표로 밀도, 포 괄성, 고립정도를 분석하였고, 중심성 지표로 연결 중심성, 매개 중심성, 위세 중심성을 분석하였다. 분석 기간은 1단계(1993-1999), 2단계(2000-2009), 3단계(2010-2019)로 10년 단위로 구분하여 분석 하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과 중복 포함된 키워드는 총 2,835개, 독립적 개별 키워드는 총 1,453개로 나타났다. 네트 워크 분포 분석결과 밀도는 .182, 포괄성은 100%로 나타났으며, 고립된 노드는 나타나지 않았다. 중심 성 분석결과 연결 중심성이 높은 상위 키워드는 1단계 뇌졸중, 일상생활활동, 손기능, 뇌성마비, FIM, 2 단계 뇌졸중, 일상생활활동, 작업치료, 상지기능, 강제유도운동치료, 3단계 작업치료, 뇌졸중, 체계적 고 찰, 참여, 노인 순으로 나타났다. 매개 중심성이 높은 상위 키워드는 1단계 뇌졸중, 손기능, 스트레스, 뇌 성마비, 발달장애, 2단계 뇌졸중, 일상생활활동, 작업치료, 치매, 뇌성마비, 3단계 작업치료, 뇌졸중, 체계 적 고찰, 인지기능, 참여 순서로 나타났다. 위세 중심성이 높은 상위 키워드는 1단계 그룹치료, 양육자. 정신사회적발달, 애착, 반응성 애착장애, 2단계 신뢰도, 타당도, 평가, 뇌손상, 뇌졸중, 3단계 신뢰도, 타 당도, 참여, 우울, 인지기능 순으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 작업치료 분야의 연구동향을 전체적으로 파악하였다는 것에 학문적 의의를 지니며, 이를 통해 작업치료 분야에 대한 이해와 연구 동향과 주제를 파악하는 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the occupational therapy research trend through the Keyword Network Analysis (KNA). Methods: Study subjects were the keywords in Korean Journal of Occupational Therapy (KJOT) studies conducted from 1993 to 2019. The analysis period was divided into three phases: 1993-1999, 2000-2009, and 2010-2019, and the analysis was set to a total of 10 years. Through the KNA, the network distribution was analyzed based on density, inclusiveness, and isolation, and the centrality was analyzed based on degree, betweenness, and eigenvector centrality. Results: As the results of the KNA indicate, a total of 2,853 duplicate key words and a total of 1,453 independent keywords were found, with a density of .182 and inclusiveness of 100%, and there were no isolated keywords. Keywords with a high degree of centrality appeared in order of stroke, ADL, and hand function during phase 1; stroke, ADL, and OT during phase 2; and OT, stroke, and systemic review during phase 3. Keywords with a high betweenness centrality appeared in order of stroke, hand function, and stress during phase 1; stroke, ADL, and OT during phase 2; and OT, stroke, and systemic review during phase 3. Keywords with a high eigenvector centrality appeared in order of group therapy, caregiver, and psycho-social development during phase 1; reliability, validity, and assessment during phase 2; and reliability, validity, and participation during phase 3. Conclusion: This study has academic significance based on the overall analysis regarding occupational therapy when using the KNA. Based on this study, this results should be used to understand occupational therapy and to confirm the research trend and theme.
