국문 초록

본 연구는 전통적 교수설계모형의 대안으로 등장한 래피드 프로토타입 모형(Rapid Prototyping to Instructional Design, RPISD)을 기업교육 프로그램 개발 현장에 적용해보고 사용성을 검토하여 그 개선안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 CJ제일제당의 D&I 교육 프로그램을 개발하며 진행된 사항을 회의록, 보고서, 일지 등의 형태로 기록하였고 단계별로 RPISD 모형의 적용성을 검토하였다. RPISD 모형은 빠른 프로토타입 제작과 사용성 평가를 통한 지속적인 개선 등의 여러 장점이 있음에도 불구하고, 본 연구에서는 네 가지의 개선점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 착수회의 단계를 구체화하여 의뢰인의 참여를 극대화하고 프로젝트를 효과적으로 운영하기 위한 과정을 수행해야 한다. 둘째, 분석에 대한 사용성 평가를 명시하여 교수자와 학습자, 의뢰인들의 요구가 적합하게 설명되고 있는지를 확인해야 한다. 셋째, 개발 단계에 모듈화 과정을 추가하여 프로그램의 유연성과 활용성을 높여야 한다. 넷째, 시연 단계에 교수자 양성 단계를 추가하여 설계자의 의도를 교수자에게 명확히 전달할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 본 연구에서는 개선된 RPISD 모형을 제안했으며, 향후 연구에 따라 제안점을 보완하고 모형을 개선해나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the usability and suggest an improved version of the Rapid Prototyping to Instructional Systems Design (RPISD) model. To this end, the RPISD model was applied to the development of corporate training programs, specifically CJ CheilJedang’s D&I Workshop. The whole process was recorded in reports, meeting logs, and daily logs. Despite the proven effectiveness of the RPISD model, this study suggests four improvements derived from the application to the corporate situation. First, the steps of the kick off meeting should be specified to maximize client participation and carry out the process effectively. Second, it is necessary to indicate the usability evaluation in the analysis step to check whether the needs of instructors, learners, and clients are appropriately explained. Third, to increase the flexibility and usability of the program, a modularization process should be added to the development step. Fourth, the training the trainer(instructor) process should be to the prototype implementation step to clearly convey the designer’s intention to the instructor. This study presented an improved RPISD model reflecting the four improvements, and in future studies, the model should be applied to various subjects and fields to find improvements continuously.
