사이버대학교 예비보육교사의 음악교육역량 강화를 위한 교수법 수업모형 개발: 메타버스를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인과 오프라인의 경계가 모호해지는 상황에서 새로운 표준으로 제시되는 비대면 온라인 수업으로 제공되는 예비보육교사의 음악교육 수업이 갖는 실습기회 부족이라는 한계를 극복하기 위한 과제가 무엇이고, 도출된 과제를 실현하는 방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 구체적으로 사이버대학교 예비보육교사의 음악교육 역량 강화를 위한 당면과제가 무엇인지를 도출하고, 도출된 과제를 실행할 수 있는 대안으로 메타버스를 활용한 수업모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 4단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 첫 번째 단계는 사이버대학교의 예비보육교사에게 요구되는 아동음악 교육에 관련된 필요 잠정적인 과제를 도출하기 위해 전문가 4인과 초점집단인터뷰를 하여 4개요소 17개 항목의 잠정과제를 도출하였다. 두 번째 단계는 도출된 과제에 대한 사이버대학교 아동 음악교육분야 전문가 12명을 대상으로 2023년 2월 5일부터 3월 15일까지 델파이 조사를 2회 실시하였다. 세번째 단계는 델파이 조사를 통해서 수집한 자료를 분석하여 교수법 역량, 학습콘텐츠 내용 구성, 수업의 설계, 평가와 학습 성과의 공유의 총 4가지 요소와 15개의 세부항목의 최종 과제를 도출하였다. 네 번째 단계는 도출된 요소를 메타버스에 적용하기 위해 매칭하는 과정으로 자기주도적 반복, 개별화된 문제해결, 실습기회 확대, 즉각적인 피드백의 4가지 요소를 도출한 후, 메타버스를 활용한 교수법 수업모형을 적용한 교수법 강의 수강 단계, 수준별 미션 분석 단계, 미션 해결책 공유단계, 미션평가 및 피드백의 최종 4단계를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 사이버대학교 아동 음악교수법 실습 플랫폼으로써 메타버스의 활용가능성을 특화기법의 도입과 개발 측면까지 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop tasks to overcome the limitations of lack of practice opportunities in music education classes in non-face-to-face online classes, which are presented as a new standard of education, and to develop ways to implement the tasks. The research question is to derive what is the immediate task for strengthening the music education capacity of pre-service nursery teachers in cyber university, and to develop a practice prototype using the metaverse as an alternative to implement the derived task. To achieve the purpose of this study, the study was conducted in four stages. In the first step, a focus group interview was conducted with 4 experts to derive tentative tasks related to children's music education required of pre-service nursery teachers at cyber universities, and 4 elements and 17 items of tentative tasks were derived. In the second step, a Delphi survey was conducted twice from February 5 to March 15, 2023, targeting 12 experts in the field of children's music education at Cyber University for the derived tasks. In the third step, the data collected through the Delphi survey were analyzed to derive the final task of 4 elements and 15 detailed items: pedagogical competency, learning content composition, class design, evaluation and sharing of learning outcomes. The fourth step is the process of matching the derived elements to apply to the metaverse. After deriving the four elements of self-directed repetition, individualized problem solving, expansion of practice opportunities, and immediate feedback, a teaching method using the metaverse is developed. The final 4 stages of teaching method applied were developed: course attendance stage, mission analysis stage by level, mission solution sharing stage, mission evaluation and feedback. Through this study, the possibility of using Metaverse as a practice platform for children's music teaching method at cyber university was confirmed even in terms of introduction and development of specialized techniques.
