국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 콩고민주공화국 중학교 교육과정에 제시된 기술교육의 목표와 내용 등을 탐색하고 특징을 분석함으로써 콩고민주공화국의 기술교육에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 콩고민주공화국 중학교 기술 교육과정을 탐색하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콩고민주공화국 중학교 기술교육은 국가 수준의 교육과정을 운영하고 있다. 7학년과 8학년에 해당하는 2년의 중학교 교육과정은 기본교육과정의 최종 과정으로서 문과․이과 계열에 상관없이 공통 교육과정으로 운영된다. 둘째, 콩고민주공화국 중학교 기술교육은 크게 과학학습영역에 속하고, 과학학습영역의 하위영역 중 물리/기술/정보통신기술 영역에 속한다. 그리고 기술은 하나의 독립된 과목으로 존재한다. 셋째, 콩고민주공화국 중학교 기술교육은 상황 중심 교육과정으로 운영되고 있으며 학생들이 제시된 상황들을 해결하면서 역량을 구축하도록 설계되었다. 넷째, 콩고민주공화국 중학교 기술교육 내용 제시방식은 필수지식, 상황은행, 프로그램 매트릭스로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 성취기준은 학생들이 직면하는 상황과 연계되어 제시된다. 다섯째, 콩고민주공화국 중학교 기술교육 내용은 7학년의 경우에는 건축 영역 위주로 편성되어 있고, 8학년의 경우에는 물과 관련된 우물과 펌프, 수송 수단으로서의 자전거 및 전기와 태양 재생에너지의 내용으로 편성되어 있다. 이는 기술교육이 소양 뿐만 아니라 생활적응에 직접적으로 필요한 내용을 담고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on technology education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by exploring and analyzing the educational goals and contents presented in the middle school technology curriculum in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In this study, the conclusions obtained by exploring the middle school technology curriculum in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are as follows. First, middle school technology education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo operates a national level curriculum in terms of curriculum development level. The two-year middle school curriculum corresponding to the 7th and 8th grades is the final cycle of the basic education and is operated as a common curriculum regardless of the liberal arts or sciences tracks. Second, middle school technology education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo largely belongs to the science learning area, and among the sub areas of the science learning area, it belongs to the sub area of Physics, Technology, Information and communication technology. And technology exists as an independent subject. Third, middle school technology education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo operates situation-based curriculum. Students are designed to build competencies as they deal with presented situations. Fourth, the method of presenting technology education contents in middle schools in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is composed of essential knowledge, situation bank, and program matrix unlike Korea. Achievement standards are presented in relation to the situations students face. Fifth, the contents of middle school technology education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are organized mainly in the construction area in the case of the 7th grade, and in the case of the 8th grade, the content of water wells and pumps, bicycles as a means of transportation, and electricity and solar renewable energy are organized.
