다문화가정 청소년의 중독에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 이루어진 다문화가정 청소년과 중독에 관한 연구의 체계적 문헌 고찰을 통해 연구 동향을 살피고, 연구의 후속연구 및 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 2011년부터 2021년까지 ‘다문화’, ‘중독’을 주제로 한 국내 학술지 446건의 논문을 검색하였다. 관련 주제어를 중심으로 중복된 문헌 및 주제어를 포함하지 않은 문헌을 제외하고 최종적으로 21건의 문헌을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 다문화가정 청소년과 중독 관련 연구는 다양한 분야에서 게재되고 있었으며 2018년 가장 활발하게 이루어졌다. 둘째, 중독 유형에서 게임, 인터넷, 미디어, 스마트폰, 알코올, 약물, 흡연 등 다양한 중독을 다루고 있었으며, 그중 다문화가정 청소년과 스마트폰 과의존을 다룬 문헌이 가장 높은 비율을 보였다. 셋째, 중독 원인에 대해 개인 요인·가족 요인·사회적 요인으로 살펴본 결과, 개인 요인이 많았으며 그중에 스트레스가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 청소년의 중독 관련하여 후속연구 및 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study is to examine research trends through a systematic literature review of research on adolescents from multicultural families and addiction conducted in Korea, and to present the direction of follow-up research and research. To this end, 446 papers in domestic journals on the subject of multicultural' and 'addiction' were searched from 2011 to 2021. Finally, 21 documents were analyzed, excluding overlapping literature and literature that did not include subject words, focusing on related subject words. As a result of the study, first, research related to adolescents from multicultural families and addiction was published in various fields, and it was most actively conducted in 2018. Second, in the type of addiction, it dealt with various addiction such as games, the Internet, media, smartphones, alcohol, drugs, and smoking, and among them, the literature dealing with teenagers from multicultural families and smartphone overdependence showed the highest percentage. Third, as a result of examining the causes of addiction as individual factors, family factors, and social factors, it was confirmed that there were many individual factors, and among them, stress had the greatest impact. Based on these results, the direction of follow-up studies and studies related to addiction in adolescents from multicultural families was presented.
