대학 평생교육원 학점은행제 미용(뷰티)학과 학생의 학습만족도 관련 변인 간 구조모형분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학 평생교육원 학점은행제 미용(뷰티)교육과정에서 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 외생변인 학습전이기대와 조직적지원 그리고 내생변인 학습동기와 전이설계 변인의 직·간접적 영향을 분석하고 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 평생교육원 학점은행제 미용(뷰티)학과 학생이며 230명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 207명의 응답을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 기본 기술통계(Descriptive statistics)산출을 위해서 Window SAS 9.4, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 위해 LISREL Window 8.7을 활용하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석에 앞서 모형인정을 수행한 결과 간명모형(over-identified model)이었으며, 모형의 적합도 검증(goodness of fit test) 결과도 적절한 것으로 판명되었다. 측정모형 경우 각 잠재변인과 측정아이템 간의 구성타당도는 적절하고 신뢰도도 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형분석결과 다음과 같은 주요 결과가 산출되었다. 첫째, 학습동기만이 학습만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 그 영향력도 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다(β13=.77). 둘째, 학습전이기대는 학습동기에 직접적인 강한 영향을 주며(g31=.79), 간접적으로도 이 연구의 최종내생변인인 학습만족도에 영향을 강하게 미치는 것(.69)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외생변인인 조직적지원은 미용(뷰티)학과 학생의 학습만족도에 직접적인 영향은 없지만 간접적인 효과를 모두 더할 경우 미약하게(총 효과=.12) 효과가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 종합해 볼 때 미용(뷰티)교육 관련 대학 평생교육원 학점은행제 기관은 학생들에게 미용(뷰티) 관련 전문인으로서의 학습동기를 높이고 교육 시 학습전이에 대한 기대감이 커질 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 평생교육원 교육으로부터 학습만족도가 향상되고 학습전이가 적절히 일어날 수 있는 지원과 보상이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the direct and indirect effects of latent variabless such as learning transfer expectation, organizational support, learning motivation, and transfer design on learning satisfaction in the beauty curriculum of the academic credit bank system at lifelong education center. The subjects of the study were students of the department of beauty under the academic credit bank system at the lifelong education center, and a survey of 230 people was conducted and 207 responses were used to analyze for the study. Window SAS 9.4 was adopted to calculate the basic descriptive statistics and LISREL Window 8.7 was used for the structural equation model analysis. As a result of performing model identification prior to structural model analysis, it was a parsimonious model(over-identified model), and the result of verifying the (goodness of fit test of the model was also found to be appropriate. In the case of the measurement model, the construct validity between each latent variables and the measurement items were identified as appropriate and reliable. As a result of structural model analysis, the following main results were determined First, it was found that only learning motivation had a direct effect on learning satisfaction, and the magnitude was also identifed as large. Second, it was found that learning transfer expectation had a strong direct effect on learning motivation, and had a strong indirect effect onlearning satisfaction which is the final endogenous variable of this study (.69). Third, organizational support, an exogenous variable, has no direct effect on the learning satisfaction. but when all indirect effects were added, it was found that it producedweak total effect (.12). Summing up, beauty departments in life long eduction centers under the academic credit bank system should seek waysand means to increase students' motivation to learn as beauty-related experts and to raise expectation that learning transfer can be conducted to the actual field after the education. Finally, support and compensation would be needed to improve learning satisfaction and produce properly transfer learning.
