국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국어와 중국 방언의 음성·음운 대조와 관련된 연구의 동향을 검토·분석하고 문제점과 향후 과제를 제안하였다. 그간의 연구 성과를 연도별, 연구 유형별, 방언권별, 연구 내용별로 나누어 분석함으로써 한국어와 중국 방언의 음성·음운 대조 연구의 동향을 파악하였다. 또한 연구대상 자료가 양적으로 많이 부족한 점, 중국어 방언권 분류 기준이 일치하지 않는 점, 일부 중국어 방언권에 대한 연구가 집중되어 있는 점 등의 문제점을 지적하였다. 중국의 대방언이나 차방언의 음운적 특성에 대한 연구가 미흡하다는 점을 확인하였다. 운율 단위, 음절 구조 제약, 음소 결합 제약 등과 관련된 연구가 부족하고 방언의 실제 사용 현황에 대한 인식 또한 부족하다는 점을 지적하였다. 나아가 본 연구에서는 한국어와 중국 방언의 음성·음운 대조 연구가 더욱 체계적으로 이루어지기 위한 방향을 모색하면서, 향후 연구 과제를 제안하였다. 앞으로 이 분야에서 보다 체계적이고 발전된 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study reviewed and analyzed trends in research related to the phonetic and phonological contrast between Korean and Chinese dialects, identified problems, and proposed future tasks. By analyzing previous research achievements yearly, by type, by dialect region, and by content, we identified trends in the study of phonetic and phonological contrast between Korean and Chinese dialects. We pointed out problems such as the lack of quantitative research data, inconsistent standards for classifying Chinese dialects, and the concentrated research on certain Chinese dialects. It was confirmed that there is insufficient research on the phonological characteristics of China's major dialects and sub-dialects. There was also a lack of research related to prosodic units, syllable structure constraints, and phonotactic constraints, and a lack of understanding of the actual usage status of dialects. Further, searching for directions for the systematic phonetic and phonological contrastive study between Korean and Chinese dialects, we proposed future research tasks. We hope for more systematic and advanced research in this field in the future.
