불교수행자의 공감교육 프로그램 연구: 공감과 이타행동을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 불교수행자를 위한 공감 교육 프로그램이 공감, 이타행동에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 첫째, 불교수행자를 위한 공감교육 프로그램 참여가 공감에 영향을 미칠 것인가?, 둘째, 불교수행자를 위한 공감교육 프로그램 참여가 이타행동에 영향을 미칠 것인가? 이다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불교수행자를 위한 공감교육 프로그램 참여가 공감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 프로그램 처치 후에 실험집단의 인지적 공감의 관점 취하기에 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 둘째, 불교수행자를 위한 공감교육 프로그램 참여가 이타행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 프로그램 처치 후에 실험집단의 이타행동 중 도움 주기와 협력하기에 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 본 연구는 상담을 전공하는 불교수행자를 대상으로 공감교육을 통한 공감 및 이타행동 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 측정하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of the empathy education program for Buddhist practitioners on empathy and altruistic behavior. The research problems of this study are as follows. First, will participation in the empathy education program for Buddhist practitioners affect empathy?, Second, will participation in the empathy education program for Buddhist practitioners affect altruistic behavior? The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the effect of participation in empathy education programs for Buddhist practitioners on empathy, there was a significant change in taking the perspective of cognitive empathy of the experimental group after the program treatment. Second, as a result of examining the effect of participation in empathy education programs for practitioners on altruistic behavior, there were significant changes in helping and cooperating among the altruistic behaviors of the experimental group after the program treatment. This study is meaningful in that it developed a program to promote empathy education for Buddhist practitioners studying counseling and measured the effectiveness.
