잠재적 교육과정의 최근 연구 동향이 수업운영에 주는 시사점 탐색: 2010년부터 2022년을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국내외 학술 논문을 중심으로 잠재적 교육과정의 연구 동향을 분석하면서 수업운영에 주는 시사점을 탐색하는 것이다. 분석 대상은 2010년부터 2022년 8월까지 검증되고 주제와 관련성이 높은 국내 논문 22편과 해외 논문 100편이다. 이들 논문을 대상으로 잠재적 교육과정의 연구 동향을 연구 방법, 교과 관련성, 연구 주제와 연구 영역으로 구분하여 탐구했다. 잠재적 교육과정 연구 동향이 주는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정 실행자는 잠재적 교육의 중요성을 인지하고 교사와 학생의 긍정적인 신뢰 관계 형성을 토대로 민주적인 수업운영을 해야 한다. 둘째, 교사는 자신의 수업운영 방법이 학생의 인격, 태도, 가치관에 영향을 주며, 그 자체로 학습의 내용이 됨을 인식해야 한다. 셋째, 수업운영의 난맥상, 즉 교수학습 및 학생지도 과정에서 발생하는 비-과제행동의 예방과 개입을 잠재적 교육과정의 관점에서 접근해야 한다. 넷째, 교육과정 개발자와 실행자는 교육과정과 교과서에 잠재된 의미와 이데올로기적인 측면을 파악하고 이를 수업운영에 반영해야 한다. 다섯째, 교원양성 및 교원연수 과정에서 잠재적 교육과정에 대한 교사의 수업 전문성을 향상시키고 이를 수업운영에 적용하는 방법을 제공해야 한다.

영문 초록

The goal of the study is to examine the implications on classroom management while examining hidden curricular research trends with a focus on both domestic and international academic articles. Papers that have been analyzed and discussed include 22 domestic articles and 100 foreign articles, which have been verified and published from 2010 to August, 2022. By dividing the research trends into research techniques, subject relevance, research topics, and the direction of diffusion of contemporary research fields, the domestic and international research trends in the hidden curriculum were examined. The implications of this study for classroom management are as follows. The teacher must first acknowledge the significance of the hidden curriculum and undertake democratic lessons built on the development of a strong rapport of trust between them and the students. Second, teachers need to understand that how they run their classes has an impact on the personalities, attitudes, and values of their pupils, and that in and of itself becomes the subject matter of their lessons. Thirdly, it is important to consider the hidden curriculum in order to prevent and correct the non-task behaviors that arise during classroom management situations, that is to say, during the teaching and learning process or student guidance. Fourth, curriculum designers and practitioners need to identify hidden meanings and ideological aspects of school curriculum and textbooks and reflect them in classroom management. Fifth, it's important to enhance the teacher's knowledge of how to understand and interpret hidden curriculum and apply a variety of study findings to classroom management through the official teacher training.
