국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도, 진로탄력성, 진로포부와 진로적응력의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 부모의 양육태도와 진로적응력의 관계에서 진로탄력성과 진로포부의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 주목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 4년제 대학생 339명을 대상으로 측정모형과 선행연구들을 기반으로 한 가설모형을 설정한 후 모형의 적합성을 살펴보기 위해 구조방정식 모형검증을 실시하였고, 매개효과검증을 위해 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 분석을 하였다. 구조방정식 모형분석결과, 측정모형은 적절한 모형이었고, 애정적 부모양육태도는 직접적으로 진로적응력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 진로탄력성과 진로포부를 매개로 진로적응력에 간접적 영향을 주었다. 또 과보호적 부모양육태도는 직접적으로 진로적응력에 부적인 영향을 미치면서 진로탄력성과 진로포부를 통해 간접적으로 진로적응력에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 매개효과에 있어서는 애정적 양육태도와 과보호적 양육태도 모두 진로포부와 진로탄력성을 각각을 매개로하여 진로적응력에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로적응력 향상을 위해서, 진로교육 및 상담프로그램을 운영할 시 부모양육태도에 대한 학생의 인식과 진로탄력성과 진로포부 등을 고려한 전략들에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between parents' parenting attitude, career resilience, career aspiration, and career adaptability perceived by college students. The study also examined the mediating effect of career resilience and career aspiration in the relationship between parents' parenting attitude and career adaptability. A sample of 339 4-year university students participated in the study. Structural equation modeling was used to verify the research hypothesis model based on the measurement model and previous studies. Additionally, bootstrapping analysis was performed to verify the mediating effect. The results showed that the measurement model was suitable, and that affectionate parenting attitude had a direct and positive effect on career adaptability. Moreover, affectionate parenting attitude had a positive effect on career adaptability through career resilience and career aspiration. In contrast, overprotective parenting attitude had a negative direct effect on career adaptability and a negative effect on career adaptability through career resilience and career aspiration. Regarding the mediating effects, both affectionate and overprotective parenting styles had indirect effects on career adaptiveness through the mediating roles of career aspirations and career adaptability, respectively. Based on these findings, we discuss that strategies considering individual career variables such as students' perceptions of parenting style, career resilience, and career aspirations should be incorporated into career education and counseling programs to enhance university students' career adaptability.
