산학일체형 도제학교 학생의 교육만족도와 학교수업 및 기업현장수업 변인들의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 산학일체형 도제학교 학생들의 교육만족도와 학교수업 및 기업현장수업 변인들의 관계를 구명하는 것이었다. 모집단은 도제학교 학생으로 2021년 2월 기준 184개 과정 7,259명이고, 표본은 운영유형과 소재지에 따라 층화표집하여 450명을 선정하였으며, 불성실 응답 및 이상치를 제외하고 373명의 응답을 최종분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS for Windows 23.0을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 일원분산분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의 수준은 5%로 설정하였다. 주요 연구 결론은 첫째, 학생들은 대체로 도제교육 경험에 대해 긍정적으로 느끼고 있으나, 10명 중 1명은 만족하지 않을 수 있고, 여학생, 서비스 전공분야, 도제기업 취업희망 학생, 산업계주도 유형 참여 학생의 만족도가 상대적으로 높은 편이다. 둘째, 학생들은 학교수업 및 기업현장수업 변인들에 대해 전반적으로 높게 인식하며, 수업몰입 변인들을 제외하고 장소에 관계없이 유사한 수준을 보인다. 다만, 수업몰입 변인들의 수준은 상대적으로 낮으며 교과와 장소에 따라 차이를 보일 수 있다. 셋째, 교육만족도에 대한 학교수업 및 기업현장수업 변인군의 설명력은 높은 수준이고 서로 비슷한 크기를 보인다. 또한, 학교수업 변인군 중 학교수업 적절성이 교육만족도에 가장 큰 양적 영향을 미치고, 보통교과 수업몰입은 부적 영향을 미치며, 기업현장수업 변인군 중 기업현장수업에서의 학교수업 유용성이 교육만족도에 가장 큰 양적 영향을 미친다. 이 밖에도 학교와 기업에서의 수업몰입과 수업유용성이 공통으로 교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 주요 결론을 바탕으로 산학일체형 도제학교 학생들의 교육만족도 제고를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the educational satisfaction of students in Industry-Academia Partnership Apprenticeship School and the variables of school-based instruction and industry-based instruction. The population was 7,259 students from Industry-Academia Partnership Apprenticeship School as of February 2021, and 450 were selected by stratification according to operation type and location, and 373 responses were used for the final analysis except for insincere responses and outliers. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted using SPSS for Windows 23.0, and the statistical significance level was set to 5%. The main research conclusion is that first, students generally have a positive attitude towards apprenticeship education, but one out of ten students may not be satisfied. Female, service majors, students who want to work in companies, and students who participate in industry-led types have a relatively high level of satisfaction. Second, students generally have a high level of awareness of the variables of school-based instruction and corporate-based instruction, and show similar levels regardless of the place except for the variables of class engagement. However, the level of class engagement variables is relatively low and may show differences depending on the subject and place. Third, the explanatory power of the variable group of school-based instruction and corporate-based instruction for educational satisfaction is high and shows similar. Among the school-based instruction variables, the appropriateness of school-based instruction had the greatest quantitative effect on educational satisfaction, and general subject class engagement had a negative effect. Additionally, class engagement and usefulness of classes in schools have a significant effect on educational satisfaction. Based on these main conclusions, suggestions for improving the educational satisfaction of students Industry-Academia Partnership Apprenticeship School were presented.
