국문 초록

본 연구는 디자인 씽킹 기반 창직교육 프로그램의 설계를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 질적연구의 한 방법으로 개발연구(development research)를 활용하였다. 문헌분석, 사례분석을 통해 프로그램을 설계하고 초안을 개발한 후 전문가형성평가를 통해 수정‧보완하여 최종안(개념도, 절차도)을 개발하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 창직의 개념을 재정립하였다. 둘째, 디자인 씽킹 기반 창직교육 프로그램 설계 초안을 개발하고 수정·보완하여, 최종안은 3단계 8모듈로 설계되었다. 즉, 듣기단계는 디자인 사고의 공감 측면을 기반으로 일자리 창출, 주변 환경, 일자리 창출에 필요한 자기에 대한 이해로 구성된다. 창작단계는 아이디어 도출, 일자리 창출 계획, 일자리 분석의 세 가지 모듈로 구성된다. 전달단계는 새로 개발된 직업에 대해 사람들에게 알리는 방법에 관한 것으로, 브랜딩과 세부 일자리 창출 계획 작성의 두 가지 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 본 프로그램은 민간분야에 서 대학생 이상의 성인을 대상으로 처음 시도되는 의미있는 연구의 결과라고 할 수 있으며, 추후 설계된 프로그램을 실제 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 연구의 필요성이 제언되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to research on an education program on job creation based on the design thinking, focusing on the design of the process. For this, development research was used as a method of qualitative research. In other words, the program was designed through literature analysis and case analysis, and a draft was developed, and then the final draft (concept diagram and procedure diagram) was developed by revising and supplementing through expert formative evaluation. This study conducted content analysis among qualitative research methods. The results are as follows. First, the concept of job creation has beenre-established. Second, the education program was structured to have 3 stages and 8 modules based on this. The first stage is the hear stage. This stage consists of 3 modules based on the empathy aspect of design thinking. Understanding of job creation, surrounding environment, and self focused on job creation. The second stage is the creation stage. This stage consists of three modules: Idea derivation, job creation plan, and job analysis. The third stage is the delivery stage. This stage is on how to inform people of the newly developed jobs. It consists of two modules: branding and writing of detailed job creation plans. This program has meaningful implications as it is the first attemption in the private sector for adults over university student level. In the future, it is necessary to apply the designed program to the actual site to verify its effectiveness.
