예비유아교사의 인식론적 신념과 교수학습관이 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 지식의 본질과 앎의 과정에 대한 인식론적 신념과 교수학습관을 살펴보고 이것이 자기조절학습능력에 주는 영향력을 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 228명의 예비유아교사를 임의표집하여 인식론적신념, 교수학습관, 자기조절학습능력을 측정하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인식론적 신념, 교수학습관은 학년이 올라갈수록 높은 점수를 보였다. 둘째, 자기조절학습능력과 인식론적 신념, 교수학습관은 정적상관을 보여, 인식론적 신념과 교수학습관 점수가 높을수록 자기조절학습능력 점수가 높았다. 셋째, 자기조절학습능력에는 구성주의 교수학습관이 가장 많은 설명력을 가지고 있었으며 또한 인식론적 신념중 학습과정과 학습능력의 요인이 설명력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구성주의 교수학습관을 가지고 학습에 있어 결과보다는 학습과정을 중시하고 후천적 학습능력을 믿는 학습자가 자기조절학습능력 또한 높다고 할 수 있다. 결과 본 연구를 통하여 예비교사교육에서 구성주의 신념과 태도와 관련된 교육내용이 중요하게 다루어져야 함을 시사받을 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study examines the epistemological beliefs Learning and teaching about the nature and process of knowing the knowledge of the pre early childhood teachers it investigated the impact that the self-regulated learning. 228 pre early childhood teachers to do this were a random sampling. First, the epistemological beliefs of pre early childhood teachers, teaching and learning recognition showed a grade up getting high scores and Grade increasingly sophisticated epistemological beliefs showed up, had a constructivist teaching and learning recognition. Second, self-regulated learning, epistemological beliefs and teaching and learning recognition are showing a positive correlation and the higher epistemological beliefs and teaching and learning recognition scores were more self-regulated learning ability. Third, self-regulated learning ability has had with the Constructivism explanatory power of teaching and learning was also recognized as having an explanatory factor in the learning process and the learning ability of epistemological beliefs. Based on these results a constructivist philosophy can be raised of the need to deal with teacher training content.
