작업치료 전공 학생들의 임상 실습 만족도가 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향과 상관관계

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구에서는 작업치료 전공 학생들의 임상 실습 만족도와 진로 준비 행동의 상관관계를 알아보고 임상 실습 만족도가 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구 방법 : 연구 참여에 동의한 작업치료학 전공 학생들을 대상으로 총 165명의 온라인 설문지를 받아 진행 하였다. 연구 도구로 진로 행동척도, 임상 실습 만족도 척도를 사용하고 수집된 모든 자료는 연구의 목적에 따라 SPSS 28.0을 이용하여 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 임상 실습과 진로 준비 행동의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 모든 영역에서 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내었고, 임상 실습 만족도가 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 회귀분석을 한 결과 임상 실습 만족도 요인 중 임상 실습 내용, 임상 실습 시간, 임상 실습 평가, 임상 실습 후 만족감이 진로 준비 행동에 영향을 주는 요인이라는 결과가 나왔다. 결론 : 향후 작업치료 연구 분야에서는 작업 치료 전공 학생들을 위해 임상 실습을 더욱 확대해야 한다. 임상 실습을진행하면서 교내에서 배운 수업 내용과 임상 실습 내용의 연계성을 가져야 하고, 실습지와 학교의 교류를 통해서 학생들의 실습 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있는 실습 지도가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study, The effect and correlation of field work satisfaction on career preparation behavior in students majoring occupational therapy. Method : 165 students majoring occupational therapy in college or university who agreed to participate in the study answered a survey through online. Career behavioral scale and field work satisfaction scale were used as research tools, and all data collected were analyzed using SPSS 28.0 for general characteristics, field work satisfaction, and career decision level on career preparation behavior using correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results : The correlation analysis between field work and career preparation behavior showed a significant correlation in all areas, and regression analysis to find out the effect of field work satisfaction on career preparation behavior showed that clinical practice content, field work time, field work evaluation, and post-clinical feeling affect career preparation behavior. Conclusion : It is necessary to have a link between the contents of the class learned on campus and the contents of the clinical practice, and to provide practical guidance that can improve students’ satisfaction with practice through exchanges between field work institution and the university.
