보육교사 직무만족 관련 텍스트에서의 키워드 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 빅데이터를 이용하여 1~3차 중장기보육 기본계획 차수에 따라 나타난 보육교사 직무만족도와 관련한 사회적 변화와 흐름을 분석하였다. Textom 프로그램을 사용해서 국내 3대 포털에서 보육교사, 직무만족도 등의 키워드를 활용하여 2006년부터 2022년까지의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터는 정제과정을 실시하여 상위 키워드 200개를 선정하여 네트워크 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 네트워크에서 빈도 분석 3위 이내 위치한 키워드는 1차 중장기보육 기본계획‘보육교사’, ‘직무만족도’, ‘안전’, 2차 중장기보육 기본계획 ‘보육교사’, ‘직무만족도’, ‘보육교사 자질’, 3차 중장기보육 기본계획 ‘보육교사’, ‘보수교육’, ‘직무만족도’ 순으로 높은 빈도를 보였다. 둘째, 연결 중심성과 매개 중심성에서 공통으로 나타난 키워드는 ‘보육교사’,‘직무만족도’, ‘어린이집’, ‘보육교사 업무’이며 근접 중심성에서는 ‘보육교사’, ‘어린이집’, ‘직무만족도’이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 지속적인 정책 점검, 보육교사의 업무에 대한 명확한 기준과 책임 한계 설정, 보육교사의 현장 목소리를 들을 수 있는 패널 등과 같은 다양한 경로 확보가 필요함을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed social changes and trends related to job satisfaction of child care teachersaccording to the 1st to 3rd childcare basic plans using big data. Through Textom, data werecollected with keywords such as childcare teachers and job satisfaction from three majordomestic portals. The collected data was subjected to a refinement process, and the top 200keywords were selected for network analysis. The results were as followed. First, the keywordsranked within the 3rd place in the frequency analysis of the entire network are ‘childcareteacher’, ‘job satisfaction’, ‘safety’ in the 1st mid-and long-term childcare basic plan, ‘nurseryteacher’, ‘job satisfaction’, ‘in the 2nd mid-and long-term childcare basic plan’ Qualifications ofchildcare teachers’, the 3rd mid- to long-term childcare basic plan, ‘nursery teachers’, ‘refreshereducation’, and ‘job satisfaction’ showed high frequency. Second, Keywords commonly foundin degree centrality and betweenness centrality were ‘child care teacher,’ ‘job satisfaction’,‘child care center’, and ‘child care teachers’ work’ and closeness centrality was ‘child careteacher’, ‘childcare center’, and ‘job satisfaction’. Through these results, some implications weresuggested that it was necessary to continuously check policies, to clarify job description andlimitation of liability of child care teachers and to secure various channels to listen to the voicesof child care teachers in order to increase their job satisfaction.
