학교폭력 예방교육 어울림 프로그램의 효과 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 학교폭력 예방교육 프로그램의 일환으로 개발되어 진행 중인 어울림 프로그램의 학교급별 효과를 분석한 후 각급 학교의 상황과 특성에 맞는 효율적인 프로그램의 적용방안과 개선점을 제안하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 어울림 프로그램의 적용 효과 분석을 위해 2018년부터 2021년까지의 “학교폭력 예방 어울림 프로그램 적용효과 분석”보고서 자료를 검토한 후 학교급별 어울림 프로그램 사전-사후 6개 역량 평균 점수 변화, 어울림 프로그램의 효과에 대한 교사 인식 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA) 통계 자료를 활용하였다. 또한, 운영 시기, 운영 지속여부, 운영방식에 따른 6개 역량별 사후 역량 점수 간의 차이를 알아보는 공변량분석(ANCOVA) 통계 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과: 어울림 프로그램에 참여한 초․중․고 학생 모두 의사소통, 갈등해결, 감정조절 역량이 향상됨을 알 수 있었고, 프로그램 효과에 대한 학교급별 교사 인식은 초, 중, 고등학교 순으로 초등학교에서 가장 높은 평균을 보였다. 어울림 프로그램을 1학기와 2학기 모두 운영할 때 중․고 학생의 역량 평균이 높았고, 적어도 2~3년 이상 지속적으로 운영할 때 초․중․고 학생의 역량 평균이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 정기 운영할 때 초등학교에서 적극적 대처, 초․중학교에서 갈등해결, 중학교에서 자기존중감과 감정조절 역량이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 학교급별 학교폭력 예방교육 어울림 프로그램은 학생들의 사전-사후 역량 평균 점수 변화와 프로그램의 운영시기, 지속여부, 운영방식에 따른 학교급별 효과에 유의한 차이가 있으므로 각급 학교 상황에 맞게 효과적으로 프로그램을 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 학생들의 역량 변화가 어울림 프로그램 참여에 의한 것인지 파악하기 위해 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 학생에 대한 설문조사 실시, 객관적 변인들을 설문조사 문항에 포함시키는 것, 어울림 프로그램의 적용 효과 관련 모순된 결과에 대한 원인 분석 및 프로그램의 수정․보완이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objective: It is to analyze the Eoullim programs developed and in progress as part of the school violence prevention education program and to propose efficient application plans and improvements to suit the situation and characteristics of schools at each level. Methods: To analyze the application effect of the Eoullim program, we reviewed the report data on the “Harmony Program Application Effect Analysis” from 2018 to 2021, and used the one-way ANOVA statistics on the average score change of 6 competencies by school level. In addition, covariance analysis(ANCOVA) statistical data were used to find out the difference between post-competency scores for each of the six competencies according to the operation timing, continuity of operation, and operation method. Results: All elementary, middle, and high school students who participated in the Eoullim program showed improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotion control capabilities, and teacher perception by school level showed the highest average in elementary school in the order of elementary, middle, and high school. When operating the Eoullim program in both the first and second semesters, the average competency of middle and high school students was high. When the program was continuously operated for at least two to three years, the average capacity of elementary, middle, and high school students was high, and when it was operated regularly, it was found that they improved their ability to actively cope in elementary schools, resolve conflicts in elementary and middle schools, and self-esteem and emotion control in middle schools. Conclusions: There was a significant difference in the average score of students’ pre-post competency in the school violence prevention education program by school level, and there was a significant difference in the effect of each school level according to the timing, duration, and method of operation of the program. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively apply the program according to the school situation at each level.It was suggested that a survey of students who did not participate in the program was conducted, objective variables were included in the survey questions, cause analysis of contradictory results related to the application effect of the program and program modification and supplementation.
