국문 초록

본 연구는 Z세대 여가참여자의 여가활동 행동에 대해 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2022년 11월 8일부터 8일간 온라인으로 Z세대 여가참여들을 대상으로 랜덤샘플링(random sampling)으로 220명의 표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석 하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, Z세대 여가참여들의 태도, 주관적 규범은 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Z세대 여가참여자들의 지각된 행동 통제감은 행동의도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대 여가참여들의 사전지식은 태도와 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 태도와 주관적 규범, 사전지식은 Z세대 여가참여자들에게 여가활동에 대한 긍정적 영향을 받고 있으며, 사전지식 또한 여가활동에서 긍정적인 태도를 가질 수 있는 역할을 하고 있다는 것이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was based on to analyze the leisure activities of generation Z leisure participants. The research subject collected 220 samples through random sampling for leisure participants in Generation Z online for 8 days from November 8, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSSWIN and AMOS programs. The results of the study are as follows: First, the attitudes and subjective norms of leisure participants in Generation Z have a positive effect on behavioral intentions. Second, it was found that the perceived sense of control of behavior of leisure participants in Generation Z did not affect behavioral intention. Third, it was found that the prior knowledge of leisure participants of Generation Z had a positive effect on attitude and behavioral intention. In conclusion, it was suggested that attitudes, subjective norms, and prior knowledge are positively influenced by leisure activities in Generation Z leisure participants, and that prior knowledge also plays a role in having a positive attitude in leisure activities.
