초등학교 예비교사의 무용분과 활동 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 예비교사의 무용분과 활동 사례 연구로 초등학교 예비교사의 무용분과 활동을 알아보는데 그목적이 있다. 더 나아가 초등학교 예비교사와 교사의 무용분과 활동이 학교 생활에서 학생 지도와 개인 생활에서평생교육으로 또 여가활동으로 도움이 되는지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 초등학교 예비교사의 다양하고 활발한무용분과 활동 참여를 기대해본다. 본 연구의 방법은 사례 연구로 하나의 사례에 집중해서 문헌, 설문지 등 다양한방법으로 자료를 수집하고, 심층적으로 기술하여 분석하며 탐색하는 연구 방법이다. 이를 위해 사례를 선정하고, 자료를 수집하며, 분석한 후 사례의 맥락을 고려하여 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 현재 A 교육대학교 체육교육과 학생들 중 무용분과를 선택하여 무용분과 활동과 무용발표회를 참여한 3학년생 5명과 2학년생 2명, 1학년생 1명, 초등학교 예비교사 8명과 과거 초등학교 예비교사 시절 무용분과 활동과 무용발표회를 참여하였고, 현재는 ‘신체표현활동연구회’ 회원으로 활동하고 있는 초등학교 교사 5명, 총 13명을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용분과 활동은 전문성 신장과 함께 자기주도학습과 공동체학습 경험에 도움을 준다. 둘째, 무용분과 활동은 학교 생활에서 학생 지도와 개인 생활에서 평생교육으로 또 여가활동으로 도움을 준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the dance sub-activity of elementary school pre-service teachers as a case study. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to investigate whether the dance sub-activity of elementary school preservice teachers and teachers is helpful for student guidance in school life, lifelong education in personal life, and leisure activities. Through this, we expect that elementary school pre-service teachers will participate in various and active dance activities. The method of this study is a case study that focuses on one case and collects data using various methods such as literature and questionnaires, describes it in depth, and analyzes and explores it. For this purpose, the results were derived by considering the context of the case after selecting the case, collecting the data, and analyzing it. The participants of this study were 5 3rd graders, 2 2nd graders, 1 1st grader, 8 elementary school preservice teachers and former elementary school preservice teachers During his time, he participated in dance activities and dance presentations, and 5 elementary school teachers who are currently active as members of the 'Body Expression Activity Research Association' were selected for a total of 13 students. The results of this study are as follows. First, dance sub-activity helps in self-directed learning and community learning experience along with professional development. Second, dance sub-activity helps to guide students in school life, from personal life to lifelong education, to leisure activities, and to school life.
