부산⋅경남지역의 노인을 대상으로 한 원예치료 실태조사: 기관별 차이를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적: 부산⋅경남지역의 노인을 대상으로 한 원예치료 현황에 관한 설문조사 진행 및 원예치료 활성화를위한 방안에 대한 의견 조사를 통하여 각 기관별 원예치료의 현황에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2022년 10월 07일부터 10월 28일까지 부산⋅경남지역에서 활동하고 있는 복지원예사를 대상으로설문 조사를 진행하였다. 회수된 설문지는 총 83부였으며 수집된 자료는 통계 프로그램인 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 빈도 분석 및 교차 분석을 실시하였으며상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 교차분석을 통한 활동 기관별 집단 간 차이에서 대상자 차이가 X2값 123.223 p값 .000으로나타났으며 프로그램 차이는 X2값 48.246 p값 .033으로 유의하였다. 또한 기관별 원예치료 확대를위한 방안에서도 X2값 84.707 p값 .043으로 나타났다. 유의한 결과 값을 토대로 상관 분석을 실시한결과 활동 기관별 집단 간 대상자 분석에서 Cramér's V값 .609 p값 .000으로 나타났으며 활동 기관과 프로그램에서 Cramér's V값 .381 p값 .033으로 유의하였다. 또한 활동 기관과 방안에서 Cramér's V값 .357 p값 .043으로 유의하였다. 결론: 원예치료의 기관별 원예 프로그램 차이 및 원예치료의 발전을 위한 방안 별 차이가 나타났다. 이에따라 각 기관의 특성에 맞추어 공예, 재배 등의 원예치료 특성화가 이뤄져야하며 정부 지원 및 다양한 분야와의 협업을 거쳐 노년기 원예치료의 활성화를 통해 노인을 위한 다양한 활동 프로그램 증진이 필요할 것이라고 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

Objective : We tried to find out the current status of horticultural therapy by each institution by conducting a survey on the current status of horticultural therapy for the elderly in Busan and Gyeongnam area and by surveying opinions on measures to vitalize horticultural therapy. Methods : From October 07 to October 28, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting welfare horticulturists active in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions. A total of 83 questionnaires were collected, and the collected data were subjected to frequency analysis and cross-analysis using the statistical program SPSS 25.0, and correlation analysis was performed. Results : As a result of the study, in the difference between groups by active institution through cross-tabulation, the difference between subjects was shown as X2 value 123.223 p value .000, and the program difference was significant with X2 value 48.246 p value .033. In addition, in the plan for expanding horticultural treatment by institution, the X2 value was 84.707 and the p value was .043. As a result of correlation analysis based on the significant result values, Cramér's V value .609 p value .000 was found in the subject analysis between groups by active institution, and Cramér's V value .381 p value .033 was significant in the active institution and program. In addition, Cramér's V value of .357 and p value of .043 were significant in the Working institution and plan. Conclusion : Differences in horticultural programs for each institution of horticultural therapy and for each plan for the development of horticultural therapy were found. Accordingly, it is suggested that specialization of horticultural treatment such as crafts and cultivation should be made according to the characteristics of each institution, and that various activity programs for the elderly should be promoted through the activation of horticultural treatment in the elderly through government support and collaboration with various fields.
