공공 빅데이터를 이용한 산재환자의 재활 급여현황

국문 초록

목적: 공공 빅데이터를 이용해 산재환자의 재활치료현황을 알아보기 위해 보험수가 데이터를 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법: 공공 빅데이터 자료를 추출하여 산재환자 중 재활치료와 관련된 보험급여 비율, 산재환자 승인 비율, 질환별 산재환자 지정비율, 입원치료기간, 산재병원 입원내역 등을 SAS Version 9.4로 분석한다. 연구결과: 산재 환자들의 증가로 보험 급여액이 2016년 대비 1.5배 정도 규모가 증가하였다. 요양급여는 1.5배, 장해급여 1.2배, 재활급여 1.5배 증가하였다. 산재환자 질병별 통계분류에서 신경계와 근골격계 관련진단을 받은 비율이 78.1%로 나타났다. 산재병원의 진료 환자 수는 비슷했으며, 입원환자의 장기 입원환자의 수가 많았다. 결론: 질환별 산재환자의 비율을 보았을 때 근육뼈대계통, 신경계통 환자가 많은 것을 보았을 때, 이에 따른산재환자들을 위한 재활이 더 많이 요구될 것으로 생각되어지며, 연구들도 기존보다 확대되어야 한다. 산재환자는 신체적 손상으로 인해 장기적인 재활을 요하는 환자들이 많으며, 이를 위해 산재병원이 재활의 중심 역할이 되어주길 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : In order to find out the status of rehabilitation treatment for industrial accident patients using big data, we would like to analyze the insurance data. Methods : By extracting public data, SAS Version 9.4 analyzes the ratio of insurance benefits related to rehabilitation treatment, the approval ratio of industrial patients, the designated ratio of industrial patients by disease, the period of hospitalization, and the details of hospitalization. Results : Due to the increase in industrial accident patients, the amount of insurance benefits increased by 1.5 times compared to 2016. Medical care benefits increased 1.5 times, disability benefits 1.2 times, and rehabilitation benefits 1.5 times. In the statistical classification by disease of industrial accident patients, 78.1% of them were diagnosed with the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. The number of patients treated at industrial accident hospitals was similar, and the number of long-term inpatients was high. Conclusion : Considering the proportion of industrial patients by disease, there are many patients in the musculoskeletal system and nervous system, it is thought that rehabilitation for industrial patients will be more required, and studies should be expanded. There are many patients who need long-term rehabilitation due to physical damage, and it is hoped that industrial hospitals will play a central role in rehabilitation for this purpose.
