교직수강생의 다문화감수성과 다문화교육역량에 미치는 효과 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 다문화교육 수업이 사범대학 교직수강생의 다문화감수성과 다문화교육역량에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2021학년도 2학기 J대학 ‘다문화교육의 이론과 실제’ 수강생을 대상으로 수업 효과를 분석하였다. 이 수업은 15주차 30시간이며 이론 및 활동 수업이다. 연구 측정도구는 다문화감수성 5개 요인과 다문화교육역량 3개 요인 32개 문항으로 구성되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 및 사전-사후 효과를 검정하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화교육 수업은 교직수강생의 다문화감수성 증진에 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 둘째, 다문화교육수업은 교직수강생의 다문화교육역량 향상이 도움이 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 교직수강생의 다문화감수성 및 다문화교육역량 향상을 위해 확대할 필요가 있으며 교원양성기관의 다문화교육 프로그램 지원도 강화되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of multicultural education classes for teaching students on multicultural sensitivity and multicultural education competency. To this end, the effect of the 15th week class was analyzed for students in the theory and practice of multicultural education in the 2nd semester of 2021. Multicultural education classes consist of 30 hours in 15 weeks and consist of theory and activity classes. The research measurement tool was composed of 32 questions, with 5 factors of multicultural sensitivity and 3 factors of multicultural education competency. In this study, data analysis was tested for descriptive statistics and pre-post effects using the SPSSWIN 25.0 program. The conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows. First, multicultural education classes for teaching students showed a statistically significant effect on enhancing multicultural sensitivity. Second, multicultural education classes were effective in the multicultural education competency of teaching students. Through this study, multicultural education classes need to be further expanded because they helped pre-service teachers' multicultural sensitivity and multicultural education capabilities. In particular, in order to increase students' multicultural competencies in the multicultural era, it is necessary to increase the multicultural competencies of pre-service teachers.
