발달장애인의 장애정도 유형화와 맞춤형 서비스 설계 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 발달장애인의 맞춤형 서비스 설계 방안을 모색하기 위해 유형화된 장애정도에 따른 돌봄 부담 수준과 서비스 욕구를 확인하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국장애인고용공단의 2021년 발달장애인 일과 삶 실태조사에 응답한 2,876명의 자료를 활용하였으며, 잠재프로파일 분석(LPA)을 실시하여 발달장애인의 장애정도를 유형화하였다. 다음으로 회귀분석으로 유형화된 장애정도가 돌봄 총 시간에 미치는 영향을 검증하였으며, 서비스 욕구 파악을 위해 유형화된 장애정도에 따른 대응일치 분석을 추가적으로 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 발달장애인의 장애정도는 ‘최중증’, ‘중증’, ‘경증’으로 유형화되었다. 둘째, 발달장애인의 유형화된 장애정도가 높을수록 보호자의 총 돌봄 시간은 길어졌다. 셋째, 발달장애인의 유형화된 장애정도에 따라 원하는 서비스 종류에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 발달장애인의 장애정도를 종합적으로 고려하여 보호자의 돌봄 부담을 경감할 수 있는 맞춤형 서비스를 설계 및 수립해야 한다는 실천적, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the care burden and service needs according to the classified degree of disability in order to find a customized service design plan for people with developmental disabilities(DD). For this, the data of 2,876 people who responded to the 2021 Work and Life Survey of people with DD by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled was used, and Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) was conducted to categorize the degree of DD. Next, the effect of the classified degree of disability on the total care time was verified by regression analysis. Correspondence analysis according to the classified degree of disability was additionally performed to identify service needs. As a result of the analysis, first, the degree of disability of people with DD was classified into ‘severe to profound’, ‘severe’ and ‘mild’. Second, the higher the classified degree of DD of people with DD, the longer the total care time of the caregiver. Third, it was confirmed that there were differences in the type of service needs according to the classified degree of disability of people with DD. Based on these results, this study presented practical and policy suggestions that customized services should be designed and established to reduce the caregiver's burden by comprehensively considering the degree of disability of people with DD.
