청소년 대상 독서치료에 관한 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 이루어진 청소년을 대상으로 한 독서치료 관련 논문을 분석함으로써, 청소년을 대상으로 한 독서치료의 연구동향을 파악하고, 나아가 발전방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 RISS, DBpia, Earticle, Kiss, newnonmun, scholar 및 기타 연구정보 사이트에 ‘청소년’ and ‘독서치료’, ‘중학생’ and ‘독서치료’, ‘고등학생’ and ‘독서치료’를 검색하여 2003년부터 2022년까지 이루어진 논문을 수집하여 총 95편의 논문을 수집하였다. 수집된 95편을 연구년도, 연구유형, 연구주제, 회기 수 및 개입시간, 개입장소 등으로 분류하고, SPSS WIN을 통하여 분석하였다. 청소년을 대상으로 한 독서치료는 2003년부터 시작되었으며, 학위논문이 68.4%, 학술논문이 31.6%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구논문의 유형은 양적 연구가 64.2%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 연구주제는 발달/예방이 64.2%로 나타났다. 또한, 대상 수는 평균 28.4명, 회기 수는 11.6회, 개입시간은 71.4분으로 나타났다. 개입장소의 경우 제시되지 않은 경우가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 학교, 상담소 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 대상 독서치료의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 구체적으로, 다양한 주제의 독서치료가 연구될 필요가 있으며, 다양한 기관에서 독서치료 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 또한 독서 치료 연구 시 활용 매체나 주요 문제에 따른 자료들이 연구될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out research trends and suggest the direction of development of bibliotherapy for youth by analyzing the papers on bibliotherapy for youth in Korea. For this purpose, 95 research papers were collected by searching for ‘adolescent’ and ‘bibliotherapy', 'middle school student' and 'bibliotherapy', 'high school student' and 'bibliotherapy' on RISS, DBpia, Earticle, Kiss, newnonmun, scholar and collecting articles from 2003 to 2022. The collected 95 research papers were classified into research year, research type, research topic, number of sessions and intervention time, intervention place, and analyzed through SPSS WIN 26.0. Bibliotherapy for youth has been since 2003, and dissertations were 68.4% and academic research papers were 31.6%. Quantitative research papers were 64.2% of the research paper type, and development/prevention was 64.2% of the research paper topic. The average number of subjects was 28.4, the number of sessions was 11.6, and the intervention time was 71.4 minutes. The place of intervention, the case where it was not presented was the highest, followed by the school and the counseling center. Based on these results, future research directions for the study of reading therapy for adolescents are present. Specifically, it is necessary to study bibliotherapy in various subjects, and it is necessary to conduct bibliotherapy research in various organizations. In addition, in the study of bibliotherapy, it is necessary to study the materials according to the media used or the problem.
